Initial communication was good, but as the project continued, communication was poor. The people who quoted the work did not seem to communicate well with the workers who did the work. We had a lot of trouble with the prep work. Whole areas were missed and some areas were poorly done. The actual painting was decent, but required too many call backs. The quality assurance at CertaPro needs a great deal of improvement. The pricing was reasonable.

We're putting our place on the market, and I needed some exterior and interior work done. CertaPro was able to turn around both projects within a week. Not only were they fast, they were also prompt arriving to the house every morning, quiet when my son needed to take his naps, and very tidy. Oh, and they did great work, too!

Personally, Certa-Pro gave me a price that was head-and-shoulders better than the competition. Their workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They finished the project within a reasonable amount of time. They did a decent job and I would definitely call them again the next time I have a painting project.

It's a little disconcerting when the person who gives you the estimate, and "sells" you on the job disappears from the process, to be replaced by someone else who meets with you, and also then disappears from the process, leaving you to hope you can communicate with the actual work crew for whom English is not the first language.

The crew supervisor did a good job of insuring the crew knew what was expected for the project. With the exception of a miscommunication the first day regarding paint chips, the job site was always picked up and clean. The project was completed at the end of the painting season and it required some additional days to repaint surfaces that had not dried properly due to fog. CertaPro completed the additional recoatings in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. We would give them a high recommendation.

Although I ultimately did the job myself, Marius at Certa provided excellent follow-up and communication. The quote seemed somewhat high, but based on the thoroughness of their prelim work I don't have any doubt that they would have done an excellent job if I had gone with them
