A1 was excellent. In no uncertain terms, I would give them my highest recommendation and would use them again in a heartbeat. From start to finish, I had a great experience with A1 - the team was responsive (reached out within 15 minutes of my request), came over and tested right away, gave me a thorough explaination of what they were testing and why it was relevant, and was honest and professional throughout the process. The fact that A1 is a pure testing service is also a big plus, as it ensures their objectivity (other companies provide both testing and remediation of mold. This creates an inherent incentive for them to fail the tests in order to create work for themselves to remediate). Their pricing is also competitive ($50+ below other companies), which was a pleasant surprise.

This company does not do mold cleanup work, just inspections. This is what I was looking for, as I wanted a purely unbiased opinion, which I received. The best !An honest company and a man of integrity! Use him if you want an honest solution. Pay for the report and do not hire anyone who gives a "free" report they make money selling you construction job Replace kitchen or replace bathroom recommendations! Phoney and unethical!

Honest prompt and does not contract to do any work. He has no vested interest in telling you to rip out kitchen or bathrooms. He even suggested a correct solution to the moisture issue. I felt he was worth every penny! If you think you have a "mold@ issue you owe it to yourself the call him. He is the BEST!
