We are so happy that we found Jim from Trinity Pool Service. Jim is friendly, honest and reliable. We were using a large company in the area and they were doing a poor job and our pool looked awful. Jim was able to remove some stains in the pool and rebuild our pool vac. He pointed out some things about our equipment and water quality that the other company was just ignoring. Jim tries to find solutions rather than just upsell more equipment like some of the larger companies do. He is a great communicator, lets you know when he is coming, what he will be doing and how to maintain the pool. Our pool has never looked better and I highly recommend him!
