The service went well. The staff showed up on time and did not try to charge me anything additional. They did break 2 of my items, but I did not have any complaints otherwise. Two maids came out for the service and they brought their own supplies. I ended up offering my own supplies, however, because I thought my products would have done a better job. They were very professional and did a pretty good job. I had no issues with scheduling and appreciated their flexibility.

It was great.  Two ladies showed up on time and worked at least an hour past the 2 hours that were paid for.  Will use this service again in the future.

Some issues with scheduling, but worked out in the end.  Fair price and we were happy with the results.

They do a superb job of cleaning our 1BR/1BA apartment that houses a large dog and cat that shed like crazy! We have hardwood floors and tile with a rug in the living room.  There is always a lot of pet hair around.  My boyfriend and I aren't the best when it comes to keeping our place in order, so whenever it gets to the point where it's too dirty/messy that it's overwhelming for us to tackle on our own, we hire Super Maids.  They get all the nooks and crannies in our kitchen and bathroom.  We made the mistake of hiring another cleaning service that was more expensive... and had to hire Super Maids because the other service did not get to the nooks and crannies. Super Maids are awesome.

It went good. They did a good job. It was very affordable. They didn't do a super job but I didn't expect them to. I just paid for the actual deal. It was satisfactory. I contacted them within a week and they came well within the week like three or four days.

They are a good company to deal with. They do a good job and are thorough. I like the fact that we can go on and get that big deal and get a lot of bang for the buck. Sometimes, there is an issue trying to call, work something, it is hard to get a hold of somebody.

Two women arrived on time.  I explained to them that the most important thing was for them to clean the bathrooms (one did not have a shower/tub)and to dust the furniture.  I explained that I DID NOT want them to vacuum, as I was having the carpet cleaned later that day and it would be taken care of by that crew.  Both ladies headed off in different directions - one spent 45 minutes on a shower stall that had just been scrubbed the day before.  The other spent 45 minutes on the stove top (I do not cook!!!)  Then they somehow wasted the rest of the 2 hour visit running the vacuum and "swatting" at the furniture with a dust rag (literally swatting a vintage lamp shade with a rag!!!)  I was hoping this would be the beginning of a great new relationship, but found the service comparable to hiring two teenagers (they listened to nothing I said).  I did not expect a deep clean for $50, but I did expect them to dust a 1K sq ft condo for that price!  Moving on to another company to find professionals that listen.

.The two workers were great.  Respectful, hardworking, arrived on time and very thorough.  I've used them two times since and referred them to others.

I was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning service. 2 people did the cleaning and were thorough with cleaning all surfaces.  I was initially disappointed in the delay before the provider contacted me to schedule the appointment, but that frustration was replaced with complete satisfaction after the service was performed.

Perfect! The two women showed up on time and were very nice and very professional. The whole place looks lovely. Everything  completed exactly as specified.  I will definitely use this provider again.

General house cleaning. I found them through an Angie's List deal and they did such a great job I continue to use them. They are very busy so it can take a day or so for them to call you back.

Called with short notice. Supervisor moved some things to have crew respond quickly. A team of two cleaners came over and did a very nice job, very professional and cordial. Will use again

For $50 it went okay. I didn't have them clean one bedroom nor the kitchen appliances as they are new and i'd rather not have anyone touch them. They were nice enough to trade off for cleaning the windows instead which I liked. But, they were almost 2 hours late - which wasn't a big issue for me since I work from home, but could have been a big issue otherwise. The cleaning was fine but they did not pay attention to details. Like the baseboards were not dusted and they didn't vacuum between the couch cushions. I have a dog and so it pretty obvious that area had not been vacuumed. The ladies were pleasant enough but limited on English. I would use them again because of the pricing however, they've never called to follow up and ask me what I thought of the service so they gave me the impression they are not interested to earn my business.

The ladies arrived on time and had all the products to clean. I requested they use my products as I have all wood floors and have products for that purpose. I have a vacuum that works on my floors and requested they use it. Theirs was an upright and not suitable. I gave the woman all the attachments but she used the floor attachment for all the areas. I requested my furniture be vacuumed as I have a cat that sheds. She used the floor attachment for the furniture and the throw rugs. The dusting was spotty and the coffee table was missed entirely.
The other lady cleaned the kitchen and the hall bath. She did a pretty good job but missed wiping some of the counters, When she got to the master bath she wiped the counter but did not clean the sink. She started to dust but left the job undone.
Overall, I was disappointed in the cleaning. It looked good until a careful walkthrough. I will not use this service again.

General house cleaning. We have used numerous house cleaing services, and Super Maids has been by far the best in terms of quality work and client service.  I especially like their automated scheduling process, as well as their follow-up quality survey.

They arrived on time and were very through, perhaps a little slower than I expected. But did a wonderful job.

The two women, Norma and Mariel, were excellent.   All the corners are clean and the place looks great.
