About us
We are certified mold inspectors conducting scientifically backed home and/or commercial building inspections. With a Masters of Science, and years of experience we offer honest, ethical, and accurate results. The price for a three sample inspection is $500.00, This includes lab fees for the sample analysis. For a limited or spot inspection, such as a bedroom closet, a single sample may be all that is required. Price for a single sample inspection is $400.00, which includes lab fee for the sample analysis. For larger houses or commercial properties, the number of samples will vary. Additional samples after the first 3 are charged at the rate of $100 each. Turnaround time for sample analysis by a certified lab is 48 working hours. Same day reports are available at extra cost.

We perform professional, industry standard inspections using only Professional Scientists who are also Certified Mold Inspectors. We have no vested interest in finding mold that would require expensive treatment. If remediation IS required, so that you will only pay for the treatment you actually need., we will refer you to a qualified professional remediation company that we have personally reviewed. We will write a remediation Scope of Work that will guide the remediation company
