CAME ON TIME--WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO ME. EXPLAINED WHERE AND HOW THE LEAKS WERE AND WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE TO REPLACE THE PARTS. ANSWERED QUESTIONS ABOUT REPLACING THE BATHROOM SINKS AND DID HIS REPAIRS SO THAT, THAT COULD BE ACCOMPLISHED IN THE FUTURE. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
