We installed a water heater from home depot that was defective.  The water heater company sent these guys out to take a look.  Totally misdiagnosed the problem.  Said it was our fault and charge $75 to vacuum up a tiny bit of water that had spilt on installation.  Still had to replace a part from the manufacture.  The water heater worked for a week.  We had to call someone back out to fix it.  The next person fixed it properly and when I asked if the water could have caused the damage to justify paying the guy extra for an install error he said there was no way.  That this company was looking for more money than the contract they had with the water heater manufacture.  We were leaving on vacation and liquid plumbing knew it and took advantage of the situation to milk a little more money and on top of that not even fix the water heater correctly.

Called up Jay with symptom and he thought it was a faulty gas valve.  Based on my model number he had to order it from Whirlpool.  He gave me shipping options so I paid $30 extra to get the part over-nighted because we had no hot water at this point.  This was on Tuesday July 21...I had to call him Friday to see if the part was in, it was.  When was he going to contact me I wondered.  He comes the next day to install the part...I still get charged for over-night shipping even though it took 3+ days to get it.
Everything was fine for about a week when the water heater went out again, same symptom as before.  I've called Jay a half dozen times and get his voice mail every time.  He has never called me back and I can only conclude that he doesn't stand by his work.  I wouldn't use this guy for your plumbing needs.

Jose did a great job and seems to really know what he is doing. It only took him a few minutes to replace the part and everything seems just fine now. He told me he has over 20 years of experience being a plumber. I asked him a lot of questions which he seemed happy to answer. Our water heater is only a year old so it's under warranty and didn't cost us any money for this job. I did question him about what they normally charge and they seem to be reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future. They don't mind coming out to where we live even though they are based in Orange County.

The job went very smoothly. The water had to be turned off to half the building, so it was really important that Liquid Plumber be there when promised, and they were. Otherwise, the neighbors would be even more inconvenienced. Took out the old water heater, installed the new one with a pan underneath, made needed adjustments to the pipes, tested everything, and arranged for the city inspection. Installation was inspected in due time, and passed. (Separate fee for the permit and inspection). Very diligent and responsible, reliable and personable. Would use Jay and his guys again in a heartbeat.

We called liquid plumbing to replace the thermo-coupler on our 2007 water heater. This was the contractor referred to us by the
manufacturer as we were told that most plumbers no longer serviced our particular brand and year of water heater. The plumber was very nice and came out the same day that we called him. He had originally told us that he would be at our house between 5-7pm but didn't make it until closer to 8pm. I think that the price is right in line with what it normally costs to do this sort of repair/replacement. Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably use them again.

Every job they have completed for me has gone well. They have replaced a water heater, changed the maid pipe that goes from the city to the house, added a water line to a refrigerator, and cleared drains.

THIS CONTRACTOR WAS SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS BUT WAS FAR MORE CONCERNED WITH DOING JOB CORRECTLY AND I CONSIDER THAT A VERY RARE CHARACTERISTIC AMONG PLUMBERS. WITH NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO DETERMINE QUALITY WITH THIS CONTRACTOR, THE CONFIDENCE IS ALSO VALUABLE.
ENTIRE JOB WENT AS REPRESENTED WITHOUT ISSUE.

Jay and Jose came on time and even on a Saturday without charging any extra. They worked me in scheduling a day so it was convenient with the tenant as well. I would definitely use them again.
