Auto Body Work
Somebody had side-swiped my bumper. I took it in for an estimate and got a fair estimate of $400. They were going to take off the bumper, sand it and re-spray it for me. They called to tell me it was ready. They said they did not do the entire bumper, only the part that was scraped and only charged me $200. Unheard of! I was so impressed I went back and gave Mark $100. I had never had that happen before.
