The owner, Mike (Basem) returned my call immediately and came out early the next morning. Great job. Replaced broken spring and rewound the cables on the drum for $300 which I thought was a fair price. He then proceeded to do a whole bunch of extra maintenance services on the garage door. Lubrication,, cleaning the roller tracks, lubricated drive shaft, and other added services, all at no extra charge. I definitely would hire again. Thank you Mike.
