Gave a fair, competitive estimate to remove a very tall, overgrown palm tree.. Work was done safely & on time with excellent clean-up. Highly recommend.

The work was done well for a fair price and their team moved through their tasks like they had done this 1000 times before BUT they were over 3 hours late and I was not called by the business to let me know about it, they waited for me to call them and on the first call I made I was told they would only be 10 minutes more BUT actually they were still over 2.5 hours away!!! (Very Poor Communication from the home office) BE ADVISED...

VERY RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND POLITE.

Hire service provider to remove shrubs, remove tarp & apply chemicals for weed. 1st of all have to call company several time before the finally came out to start the job. Shrubs were remove,but did not remove tarp or apply chemical. Call them back and was promised that this would be taken care. Still has not come back to complete the job.

Was contacted quickly by Omar from R&B, he arrived in person the same day to give an estimate. We agreed on price and the following Monday as promised, a hard working and well equipped crew arrived to remove my tree. They were fast, professional and left no mess. Thanks R&B, I'm fully satisfied.

Exceptional service, the four(4) guys that came knew exactly what they were doing, and took care of business. Would hire them again, with no concerns.

My ratings are based on a two-part contracted job. Part one, cut the trees. Part two, stump removal. Part 1 was stellar (very impressive, clean, efficient). Part 2 was very poorly handled (delayed or broken equip, no return calls, no proactive reach outs). The one day in/out job went 6 days and I finally had to have another company come in. That s not cool at all. I was not charged any add l $$, but we all lost time, money and business relationship in the long run.

Slow to coordinate work times, but performance was good. Expert trimming and total cleanup made the job go smoothly.

Removed a few trees and ground stumps and did a good job with that as well as cleanup. They also trimmed several trees.
