Mr. Keithley has come to my home several times over the last several years. He has been punctual and professional and reasonably priced. He has over these years replaced both my garbage disposal and water heater and both seem to be holding up well, as have the other things he has repaired for me, toilets, shut-offs, hose bib. My home is pretty old and requires a lot of care, but, when Mr. Keithley fixes something, I don’t usually have to worry about it much afterward, which I appreciate.

It is a family owned business. Dan Keithley is a great problem solver and he does work like the first time. They are always prompt, they do great work and the price was reasonable.

I called Keithley Plumbing on Monday 1/20/2013 and left a message. Dan Keithley called me on Tuesday and set up an appointment to give me an estimate on Wednesday. He was on time, very efficient, and very professional. By lunchtime on Wednesday, he had called me back with the estimate and I thought his price was reasonable so I asked him to complete the work. He scheduled my water heater installation and other items on Thursday morning. Again he was punctual, professional, wore shoe protection when in the house, and he and his associate finished the job in a couple of hours. They provided excellent communication and hauled away the old water heater and left a very clean work site. I am very pleased with the service.

The service with Keithley Plumbing went great. They were easy scheduling and very communicative. I had a phone call ahead of time to update when their arrival time was. The plumber who showed up was very professional and was very patient in explaining everything he was doing and how it would help the process along.

Company were very responsive. Returned my call same day and were out the next day to do the repairs (I had a problem under the master bath sink with some shoddy work done by prior contractor). They did an EXCELLENT job of repairs and did it FAST. Still waiting for the bill, but I am sure it will not be too bad. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again myself. Good Job.

It is a small company and they are super punctual. We could call him at 4 am and he would have somebody out here. He does the best quality work. We would highly recommend him. We called him and he had somebody out here the next morning. He fixed the problem and was out the door in 20 minutes. It was a great price with great service.

Customer Service experience: One of the buildings of our condo property needed its water heater replaced, not because it was broken but because it was very old and not energy efficient. The job was scheduled for a 12PM start time. Since there are many residents of the condo that are around during the day, we gave notice to the residents that the main water would be shut off from 12PM - 3PM on the day of the scheduled job. Dan and his crew arrived much earlier than we scheduled, and we asked if he could come back at our scheduled time of 12PM. It was no problem, and he came back at EXACTLY 12PM. Dan is also easy to reach. E-mails and voice-mail messages are always returned promptly. His punctuality is unsurpassed and greatly appreciated.

I use Keithley Plumbing. I have used him several times over the years. He is a one man plumber. He is very neat and he knows what he is doing. He has saved me money over time. He is very polite and very clean. He always explains what is wrong and how he is going to fix it. He is not the cheapest guy but, I would rather have someone who is competent. If he is going to be late he always calls. As long as I am in this area, he is my plumber.

I'm going to court today with this guy. He actually had the nerve to take me to small claims court after I had to hire another plumber to fix his mess - which was a kitchen sink install.
I see I am the only one who posted a negative review, but I stand by it. Maybe the other reviews are from friends or from people with small plumbing issues. But if you need a new kitchen sink installed, stay away from this guy. What a disaster!

"We did attend court, but the member previously had not provided us with any information related to hiring another plumber. We agreed to settle outside of court and he will be paying a fair share for the work we performed. Having been in business for over 30 years, we have never had anyone say they had to "fix his mess". I would recommend that clients, be home when installation is performed so they can explain exactly what they are looking for in a job and items they may not be satisfied with. I don't think I would leave items to be installed with someone I had never hired before."

We called late in the evening and Dan gave us a call back first thing in the morning the next day to schedule an appt that same morning. He arrived early and was able to snake the line quickly from an outside drain trap, so we had very little inconvenience in the house. Job well done.
