Description of Work: I got the Angie's List deal for the new opener and install. He was very quick and the product was what was advertised (I was nervous at first). He did a great job installing and making sure everything was working. My only complaint was that I was under the impression that he was going to arrive at 10am and be working for up to 2 hrs. Instead the window for him to arrive was 10am-12pm. Just wasn't 100% clear

Description of Work: This was an Angie's List "Big Deal". Vendor was supposed to contact me within 48 hours, but didn't. Finally, about 6 days later I got a phone call, but I had already called Angie's List to reverse the charges--and found another vendor to do the work.

Description of Work: Replaced opener gear and installed new rollers. My automatic door wasn't opening. It needed a new opener gear. The worn out gear was replaced. The rollers were also in poor condition, worn down from years of use and when the door operated it opened in noisy jerks. After the rollers were replaced it opened smoothly and quietly. The men working on it were polite and efficient. |The door has been operating well ever since.
