Tree service provider cancelled three times. The first service date, 12/12/12, was cancelled due to rain, although the sun was out by the time the scheduled service was to be performed. The second service date, 12/15/12, was cancelled due to the first job of the day taking longer than expected. Safety of personel is what was quoted. The third service date, 12/17/12, was cancelled due to rain in the morning when service was scheduled. Again the sun was out by noon and no effort was made to schedule for later that day.

David was excellent in providing an estimate and follow up on the day of the service. His crew arrived on time and was ready to work. All the work was done well, and clean up was great! David was also able to get another job from my neighbor and his crew was able to do that job right after mine was done, great flexibility! I would recommend David to anyone who is in need of a tree service.

I took advantage of a big deal - $99 for $200 of tree service, I purchased two of the big deals then got a quote - $450 for two 15' trees. I thought the quote of $450 was really high. However, my out of pocket cost with the big deal was $248 rather the $450. The trees were trimmed today; it took two guys a total of one hour. The trees look good and the clean-up was thorough. I feel there was good value at the cost of $248. I would have not felt good about paying $450 regardless the quality and professionalism. So, the big deal worked well for me.

I purchased 2 Big Deals ($99 for $200 of tree service) saving $400. Within 30 minutes David emailed me to call him which I did immediately. He came the next day (Tuesday) to give an estimate. Because there was so much work he itemized the costs in case I couldn't afford to do everything. I decided to go ahead with the whole job and we set the appointment for the actual work on the following Tuesday. David and 3 workers arrived on time at 8:30. They worked so hard the entire time and were courteous, helpful and had a sense of humor . I had let the trees and bushes go far too long so it was starting to look like a jungle. First they dealt with the 3 terribly overgrown bushes and that took the longest because I wanted each bush separate from the others. When they were finished, each one had a graceful shape. They reduced the height of and shaped the 2 overly tall Bradford Pears, shaped and thinned out 1 maple and 3 crepe myrtles. The Ginko tree had grown into an unusual shape so they put their heads together and came up with a plan for it. I am pleased with its new shape. Then they shaped 2 tall Australian Willows. They also removed two extremely tall volunteers that had grown together and were the size of a tree. Finally they trimmed the Japanese Maple which takes special talent. Without being asked or charging extra they pulled out many, many small volunteers. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Everything looks healthy and is opened up so the sun can shine through and the air can circulate. They finished at 3:00 just as it was beginning to rain. I am so pleased with the whole experience.

We got four bids for the tree work and Ferazza tied for first place. We chose to use Ferazza over the other company because of the "Big Deal" on Angie's list, which cut $200 off of the cost. We were very pleased with their work!

David was on time, very efficient and did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up and he and his crew were finished in three hours. Amazing!

The work was expedient and they cleaned up the yard afterwards.

Can't say yet but wanted to credit Ferazza Tree Service with timely response and willingness to work with my schedule.

David was right on time for the estimate and when he came to do the job. He cut the wood for us into logs and stacked it for us, cleaned the job site before he left. He also had to put up with my 4 year old grandson talking his ear off. Very professional and a very nice guy.

He was very prompt and cut down four trees and cleaned up nicely after the work was done.

They did a great job on trimming the trees and were good about cleaning up the debris. They were very knowledgeable and professional. David was great about calling and keeping me updated on the times that they would be out. All in all, a great service that I will continue to use.

I had coupons to get $400 worth of work for $200. It took a while for the company to respond to my email, but once we had the estimate and a date set, it was smooth sailing. Since the tree was in the front yard, I was not home while the work was done, but everything seemed to go well.

mr. ferazza called on 10/19 and came out that same day to check out what i needed done. gave me a quote. 2-3 days later he called and said they had time and would i like them to come out and clean up the tree. they came out on time. did a great job. and were very nice.looked like no one was ever there .. except for the pile of fire wood! great job

David Ferazza dropped by to look over the job. He gave me an exceptional price to prune our 2 overgrown, poorly shaped trees. The job was done by 3 professional, courteous, efficient workers. They were on time and cleaned up completely. I feel totally satisfied and my trees look great :)

They called me within an hour after I bought the coupon. We changed the pruning date a couple of times to accommodate both of our schedules. It turned out that they got it done sooner than anticipated.

David and his crew were absolutely the best! David contacted us within 30 minutes of our purchase of an Angieslist Best Deal Coupon (we bought 2). After deciding on a convenient time for us, he and his crew of 3 showed up on time a week later. They worked diligently for 3+ hours, and made sure we reminded our neighbor that work was going to be done on their trees which hung over on our side. Clean-up was meticulous. Whatever leaves ended up in the pool was removed. They even cleaned up the leaves at curbside that were under their truck that weren't part of the job! We're looking forward to having them return in the spring to work on the front yard. Very courteous, professional and clean. I was happy to shake each trimmer's hand and say THANK YOU!!! David called later that day to find out how we felt about the job.

Overall the three workers were great. Yes I will definitely hired Bruno Ferazza tree service again.

We had our large front yard tree removed (the roots had started to dislodge concrete and also break above ground). Ferazza Tree Service arrived on time and finished within 1 hour, including clean up. They were very courteous and professional throughout the job. I would hire them again, without question.

They were supposed to get in touch with me within 2 business days after I purchased the coupon, but I never heard from them. I also called them and they never responded.

Estimate appointment set quickly and the estimate was provided on the spot. The job was scheduled quickly and more important the crew arrived on time, as promised. If a question came up I received a text or a call immediately. I was updated throughout the three day job. The job was completed on time and on budget. Everything was cleaned up and there was no damage done. This is the way business should be done. I recommend them and will use them again.

The quote was given the day I called and the work was performed a week later. It would have been sooner, but vacation time had to be accommodated. There were 3 men and they worked very quickly. All was done in 1 1/2 hours. Clean up was satisfactory.

.My husband saw David's truck in the neighborhood, flagged him down and asked about removing the trees. David came back within a couple of hours, cut down the trees and hauled them off. He did a good job at a good price. We will call him again.

The service was amazing. They were absolutely an ‘A’ in every area.
