Val Arm completed the work and did a good job. The staff was friendly and efficient. They did the necessary follow up work they needed to do as well.

Project is starting today and is a 2 day project. Armando came in for a quote yesterday and was able to arrange for us to get the job done over the weekend so that we can open our new offices on Monday!!!

Very quick and excellently priced work. I received a couple of estimates for my porch work. The first quote was for $3000 but he lowered the quote to $2700 if I gave him repeat business. Val-Arm quoted $1475 from the start and the work was excellent!

I contacted Service Magic online almost accidentally. An agent, Armando Valadez, contacted me within an hour. We met the next day and he was on the job a few days after that. He was polite and helpful with the difficult decisions, and even came back to the house to perform a few requested "touch ups." My wife and I were extremely happy with the results and I would highly recommend this company. You get both a great product and wonderful customer service.

We have a stamped concrete two color pool deck that had a failing lacquer wet gloss sealer on it. It had huge white areas all over the deck. Armando and his guys stripped the old sealer (not an east job), and resealed with an acrylic sealer. The deck looks brand new. The cost was less than I planned for. There work was professional, and kept a clean work area while respecting the surrounding property. I would highly recommend Armando's company for this type of work.
