Timely, efficient and the backyard concrete looks brand new. It was a little difficult because they had to mask off the natural stone from the stamped concrete and it was perfect. Fernando was on the job alone and it was when the weather was way over a hundred and he was amamzing. Ask for him for your job!! We could not be happier. Thanks Fernando!

They suggested the lower cost alternative using stain and sealer instead of a more expensive overlay which saved money and turned out very well. The work took a bit longer than expected but only because they do not cut corners or skip anything. Everything done was top quality, and looks great. These guys stay pretty busy so be flexible. We are planning to do our garage floor next and will call Val-Arm to apply either stain or epoxy finish. They're the best.

They were unable to complete my project, but the tried every product they had to strip my satillo tiles. They never gave up, but the solvents needed are no longer available. Thank you Francisca and Sergio for working so hard.

Val-arm did the work within the price and time quoted. Quality is good. I had chip epoxy applied in my two car garage, and a basement room concrete floor stained and sealed (replacing carpet). They did not bring as many chip samples as I would have liked, and didn't give complete instructions on when I could use the floors, but those things were minor.

The team worked efficiently, even moving the washer and dryer out for the project and reconnecting them when finished. Armando and his crew did an outstanding job on an outside dining area of a Mexican restaurant that I own in Costa Mesa CA. The work was to be done on Labor Day weekend and was finished in the timeframe we had agreed upon so that the dining area could be used again when the restaurant opened again on Tuesday. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the cleanliness when completed.
