Everyone we dealt with was very professional and nice. From the initial reach out by Johanna in the office to Ray coming out to give our quote, to the installation itself. Everyone was very detailed, organized and very professional. We had a complete new system installed, our system was almost 40 years old and not functioning. We had a new AC, furnace, heater and duct work installed. They got it all done in about 7 hours! We tested everything and we have both amazing heat and air conditioning! Super happy customers!

My property manager (who is usually very good) had obtained three quotes from contractors who all said that we needed to replace our 10 year old top of the line Lennox HVAC system at a cost of @$7,000. I decided to get my own estimates and obtained some references from Home Advisor. I selected two, and called Southland Heating and Air Conditioning as one of the two. From my very first interaction with the scheduler to the final work by their technician, Southland's service was EXEMPLARY. First, in the midst of the busiest AC repair season of the year, they were able to schedule a diagnostic appointment for the NEXT DAY. The OWNER of this family business actually came to look at the condensor, and called me right afterward to indicate that he highly doubted that the whole system needed to be replaced, that a good HVAC should last 20 years. He then arranged to have one of his highly skilled technicians come to do a more thorough diagnosis. In the end, Southland saved me $6,225 since the job cost a total of $675 to replace a single component, all of which was completed within a week!!! If 10 stars were possible, I would give them to Southland. My conversation with the owner revealed the character of the business - honest, highly skilled, reliable, responsive, and they truly care. What an absolute GEM!

They showed up on time and performed the installation of mini-split ductless system. All went well. I was very pleased.

I contacted Southland Heating and A/C based on reviews on Home advisors and Angie’s List for an estimate to install A/C. Matt Alba got back to me immediately and arranged a visit. Matt looked at my existing equipment and we discussed my options. I suspected that I would probably need to replace a 5 year old heater due to its smaller size (relative to the A/C unit) and that all my ducting needed to be replaced. Matt confirmed this and provided a written estimate for a complete heating, A/C unit with ducting, vents, etc. His pricing was fair and competitive based on my research. I even requested some improvements like upgraded filter, enlarged attic access, two additional outlets (bathrooms) and a larger return vent. Matt approved my request with no change to the estimate. The next day I made an appointment for the installation. The job was done in one day and Willy and his team (Abraham, Gabriel, Jorge, and Ricardo) were very professional and courteous during installation and did a very nice job of clean-up. Southland, Matt and his installers are excellent to work with and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

The proposal was detailed and all questions were answered in a timely fashion. They arrived on time and completed the job in under 5 hours, total system had to be replaced. Workers were polite and careful in entering and departing the home. I recommended them to my next door neighbor.

The company replaced our air conditioning unit and did a superv job, their quality of work , the employees, the A/C units that they installed are top of the line and the price is right

Technician was knowledgeable and did his job meticulously. The price was a little higher than the estimates of others companies. In general I am satisfied with the repair.
