i called not knowing if i needed a plumber, new water softener parts, or some other sort of help. in about 20 minutes, grant arrived. he is VERY nice, VERY professional, and VERY competent. within the hour, everything was repaired. thank goodness for tony's. i will call with any other plumbing needs.

Excellent work! Johnny provided an initial visit, at no charge, when he stopped my old faucet from leaking, gave me an estimate, and scheduled another visit for installation. He offered to do the installation on his first visit, using the parts he had on his truck, but I wanted longer supply lines than what he had. The installation visit did not take long at all.

Pilot light assembly and control box were faulty. Both were replaced and now works great. Very impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was from receptionist to plumber. Definitely will call them again with any future plumbing problems.

This was a complete disaster, they removed and replaced the tub and that was really it, no finishing work was done and the bath/ shower is completely unusable. There's a 2x3 foot dead section of grass now dead in my front yard and 2x4 stain where they leaked water on my living room ceiling..... $1850....

Technician did not honor the Angie's List Coupon (that I had mentioned when I scheduled the work) at completion of the work at the property. He said to call the office. The office said that they would send a check for $15...never happened. They later said that the coupon MUST be presented in person (no mention on the coupon) and I live 70 miles away from the property. I could have sent it by FAX. The Pressure relief valve was replaced and apparently it works. Disappointed.......

It was about 11:30 a.m. when I called Tony's. They promised someone would be there by 1 p.m.! He was actually here around 12:30, we discussed options, I OK'd his plan and price and he began draining the old water heater. He took off for about 45 minutes to pick up the replacement and we had a new heater installed by 3 (or soon thereafter) which worked out perfect since I needed to leave by 3:30. Original quoted price was $1495 but we're in California and are required to have 2 straps securing the tank to the wall. The old tank only had one so I had them put two new ones on which brought my total cost to $1550.

I called at 8:30 this morning to see if I could make an appointment to have someone come out. I figured it would be end of the day or even tomorrow, but they scheduled me between 11:30 and 1:30. Grand arrived at 11:30 on the dot. He was extremely professional, courteous, and wore shoe protectors (that is such a huge thing for me when my house is clean!). He fixed the problem and explained to me what caused it and what I can do to prevent it in the future. Price was very reasonable. I will not use another company after finding this one. And don't put egg shells down your garbage disposal!

The technician left a mess in my kitchen and just left. I called back to complain and they stated they didn't do any work for us. I would not recommend him to anybody. I have the receipt and cashed check to prove they did the work but he still refused to acknowledge me as a customer. He just kept denying.

My daughter called to say that she had been trying to unclogged the toilet for two days (why did she wait to call !) I called at 4:50pm and was told that there was one call ahead of me and to except someone after 6pm. Because it was after hours it would be time and a half. No problem. He arrived at 5:30 and had the toilet unclogged in 5 minutes. Got the basic all rate, no extra charge.
Fast, cheerful, funny and courteous. I didn't get his name because I was at my home, not my daughter's. She's happy, I'm happy and I hope Tony is happy with the review.
Next time there is a problem Tony's Plumbing Service is the one to call

Called around 930 and the phone was answered by tony, they had guys in the area, I had Nathan and his follower who's name I do not know at my door within 5 minutes of my call. He looked at the shut offs in the front, looked at the lake growing in the back, and asked me what I wanted in terms of addressing the problem. Made a quick trip to grab a part he didn't have and had the thing taken apart and put together properly by 11. Spent a few minutes changing out the flapper in the toilet (I was just charged for the flapper on that one.) and wrote me a receipt for 257.

Well they didn't fix the problem so I had another plumber come out and replace a worn out rubber ring and everything has
functioned very well. He said it should have been obvious what the issue was.

Rob found the problem immediately and was able to fix it without breaking the tile. All done within an hour. He was very professional.
