Tim stated the project should take about 3 days - starting Monday and finishing Wednesday. And even with the insane rainstorm on Monday, Troy and Armondo came early as promised and worked in the rain. They always left our property clean when they finished for the day. I am so pleased with their work and how professional and courteous they were. Tim was easy to work with and takes pride in his company. I will definitely call him again when we have more work, and will recommend to everyone. :)
Description of Work
General yard cleanup - remove bark groundcover and sparkly white rocks; pruned roses (about 20); removed old planter boxes; installed drip systems; fixed/replaced sprinkler heads.

horrible! i'm down $10k and the work was not done in accordance with the contract! he also took a larger deposit (50%) than warranted, and unfortunately i didn't know better. the lack of work occurred over a course of months.
Description of Work
he showed up with the wrong materials and told me he would replace them if i didn't like what he brought, but he refused to do so. he sprayed herbicide on my roses. he took payment for lots of clean soil but brought weedy soil from somebody else's property instead (soil inspection was done and proved this to not be clean soil). tim promised many things, but ultimately just ran off with my deposits instead of performing the work. my attorney attempted to have papers served, but they evaded service.
