It went horrible. Due to poor instructions, they didn't sand my floor properly. There was some damage due to flooding and they needed to use a belt sander instead of an orbital sander. They then misrepresented my floor to the insurance company. The floorboards came up off the floor and were warped. Because of how they finished it, they caused crowning because they didn't use the proper equipment. I was instructed by them to turn on the heat in the house, which then exposed the house to a lot of debris and possibility of other bad things getting into the air and the duct.

THEY GOT THE JOB DONE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY & SEEMED TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE FLOOR THEY INSTALLED IS A VERY SOLID FLOOR.
