Rick and his team were on time and did a great job replacing the faucet. He was able to remove the old faucet and replace with a new faucet in a short period of time. He also provided me information on some of the other services he offers, but did not try pressure me into anything.

I saw this deal on Angie's List: $69 Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement . I sent messages to The Plumbing Source twice, once to ask about the price for three faucets and once to ask about the quality and brand of the faucet they would use. I was satisfied with the answers so I paid for the one faucet deal, with the idea that I would be charged $140 for the other two. The appointment was made within a day by telephone, and the Rick was out the next morning to replace the three faucets along with his helper. I was a very satisfied customer so I paid him what he would have charged me without the deal or $180 instead of the $140 he asked for for the extra two faucets. They were both nice men and professional. They were there at the beginning of the window of time and did quick and knowledgeable work. I am very happy with my three new outdoor hose faucets and will call the Plumbing Source the next time I need some work done.

The Provider called on the day of service to let me know they could perform the work earlier in the day than scheduled if that was OK with me. After giving them the OK to proceed, 2 plumbers showed up within 30 minutes of the call. The plumbers introduced themselves and I showed them where the work was to be performed. They examined the existing leaky faucet and returned to their truck after requesting the water be shut off for the entire house. They returned from their truck with the tools and parts required to complete the work. They efficiently made the repairs and requested the water be turned back on. I went and inspected the completed work. The new faucet had been installed neatly and professionally. The two plumbers were, neat, clean, friendly and conducted themselves very professionally at all times. I'm completely satisfied with the work performed.

It's working differently than it worked in the past but it is working. They were very cordial and very polite. I would have them back.

Excellent service, very professional. Receptionist very polite and experienced. We experienced a small leak after installation. The plumber came back out to fix the leak the next day at no charge. I will always use The Plumbing source.
