Natalia worked for us on enhancing a few properties which we put on market. She quickly composed finish and material schemes for updating the kitchens and bathrooms in our projects. We were awed by the outcomes. She also work patiently with our contractor to finish the renovation. We had someone else to stage the properties but due to Natalia's design background, we also consulted her about the staging. She gave us advices to spice up the space. We moved things around per her comments and added on a few items to our already staged properties and they shine and sold immediately. We are very happy with her services and will continue to work with her.

Natalia was highly recommended by our contact so we had her on board with our contractor team to convert an old building into an STR/Airbnb property. She jumped on it and presented some concepts which look amazing. Once we agreed on the direction she turned around the finishes and color design palette with drawings indicating clearly how design works. The process is very smooth and easy. We had her come to the construction site a few times to answer questions contractor had. The final design look more beautiful after completion than we originally imagined. We ended up expanding her contract to have her source all furniture and accessories. We are so pleased with her design.
