Robert Villalobos was very professional and diagnosed the problem with my AC very quickly. He replaced the capacitor and my home was cool within a matter of minutes.

he did not check my AC completely and charged me a lot money for nothing because after his services , I hire another company to check on his work and they told me that he did not do anything at all and my AC remains non working.

Robert is a very honest person and has done a great job here planing on keeping him as my heating and Air service tech. The cpmpany name says it all. #1

Still waiting for them to install a cap over the exposed exterior refrigerant lines, but the unit works great and was reasonably priced. The people were friendly and professional.

i had a little leaking problem with it and "Jack" talked me through the problem several times over a few days until the issue was solved. he provided great service and the unit works very well.

Did very good job but. make sure the heater you ordered is at your place before removing the old heater. Waiting time of tree hours the get the heater after the old one remove not good. All the help was very couple of great guys. I would have them do it again. I really like the cleaning of the air ducks and did a great job

He returned my inital call right away and 99% of the time he answers the phone immediately. He was available to come out for servicing right away and at my convenience. He fixed my furnace within the first visit and in a timely manner obtained parts and was completed with the job within 3 hours. Very professional and courteous! Strongly suggest you use this contractor, you won't be disappointed. Also did troubleshooting right over the phone prior to coming out for service.

On time, quick assessment, talked to me straight, no BS, fair price. If I did further work, I would definitely call him again.

wonderful experience- arrived on time and quickly replaced the furnace. very professional in appearance and manner. The furnace is a little louder than I had hoped, but it works significantly better than the prior furnace.

They got the job done at an affordable price. The unit is still functioning well. But they were *very* difficult to reach after the install for any support.

Robert showed up on time (4 PM on a Sunday), and took care of several issues on both my compressor (outside) units. He replaced a failed capacitor on unit 1, re-wired an auxiliary capacitor that had been poorly installed by another company several years ago and added freon to both units. His price for several hours of work was $250 and was quite fair. Not only will I use Robert's company again, I highly recommend him for any work you fellow Service Magic-ers need for heating and AC. We discussed the poor ratings in his Service Magic on-line portfolio and as I suspected he had some personnel issues. Those issues have been addressed.

My contact was with Jimmy Bunch I found him to be very professional straight forward and timely. The instillation preformed with great workmanship I would recommend him anytime.

The technician easily found the problem with my heater. I chose not to do that work, because it's summer. I did have him look at the A/C. He tuned up the system. It's working fine now.

We had an A/C Unit installed. Robert and his team worked us into their busy early summer schedule and arrived on time. Their work was completed in less than a day and was very well done. We went with Robert because he seemed very thorough, and in the end, we were very pleased.
