Auto Magic Mobile Detailing is the South Bay's first mobile detail service. Since 1979, we have been an innovative company that recognizing great service starts with being on-time. Most importantly, we do a fantastic, high value job at your location for a reasonable price. All the work is done "by hand" with old fashioned attention to detail. And we don't "up charge" you after we arrive, even if we do extra things like fixing a blemish or scratch ~ we just do it because if you like our service, you will tell your family, friends and Angie's List about us! In short, we take care of your prized vehicle as if it were our own! If you have any questions about your vehicles or our service feel free to call us at anytime. We do exquisite car detailing at your location. You simply call us and we schedule that works best for you. We do complete details, interior or exterior details, and offer car wash/detail packages.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I'm glad you like our service "overall" but I wanted to clarify a few issues in your review. First, the date of the service was not January 15, 2015 as you mentioned but Nov. 24, 2014, and the review you are now posting is now 5 months after the work we did, so you might have forgotten a few details, like I did, that's why I pulled your file. We did not break the bra on your car, in fact it, Luis (my partner) showed you "personally" that it was already broken. More importantly, why would we hide something like that knowing it can come out in a review? We treat our clients as if your "part of our family", hiding things and being deceptive is not only bad business, its bad karma! We have never broken/hidden anything on anyone's cars since we started in 1979; in fact we fix broken things on cars while we are working on them, even things clients may not have noticed - carpet pulled away from a molding, scratches, loose bolts, detached moldings etc., so why would we start hiding things now? If you have any issue with our service call me since we have a 100% guarantee on all of our work. I would come over and help you out. And though the broken bra had nothing to do with us, we can get it fixed for you if you need. You stated the work on the MR2 cost 125.00, that is incorrect -- we charged you 95.00 for an exterior detail ( I'm looking at the invoice now) and 145.00 for the complete detail on your Civic. You gave us a "B" for quality. What was not done correctly? What could we have done better, suggestions? Remember that was a "exterior" detail only on the MR2, not a "complete detail" that would have made the entire car look perfect. You also gave us a "B" on Responsiveness. How were we not responsive in anyway? You have my direct number and never called about anything, so how can I improve that? You gave us three "A" grades and two "B" grades, how does that average to a Overall "B" grade? I'm not understanding your "averaging". Anyway we would be glad to help you get the "bra fixed" or pay for it, just let me know. If there was a "quality" issue also call me and we can take care of that as well (even 5 months later)! Louis was very professional and exactly on time.
Several days later Mark called me to ensure I was satisfied. A very nice touch.
These guys are busy so you definitely need to plan and make an appointment, but they are so busy because they are that good.
I will definitely use again and recommend strongly.

and continued diligently until the job was done. He did require an electrical
connection and a water connection from our house. He worked independently, did
not require any direction from us, and completed the job in about 3 hours. He
took care of numerous details as he worked. We were pleased with the results. Our
car looks very good, both inside and out.
