Property Mix is an independent real estate brokerage firm run by Ryan Flegal, broker and owner. I specialize in real estate marketing and negotiation. Previously co-owner of a national franchise real estate company, I opened Property Mix to change the real estate model and bring one-to-one service to each and every client.

I work with buyers and sellers and handle leasing and management. I've sold and leased a number of special use properties like recording studios. Much of the business I do is selling and helping buyers purchase single family homes, and income properties. Nearly all my business is from referrals.
