Great JW is a very efficient and professionalcompany.

On time, courteous, professional, helpful, thorough, attended to all issues and answered questions. Superior service to previous contractor who installed expensive system and failed to provide adequate maintenance.

The system still works. I probably would not use them again in the future.

He was extremely detail-oriented and thorough. He made sure we understood what the job would entail, how it would look, how it would function, etc... He educated, informed and problem-solved. We felt very comfortable w/the description of the work his team would do, and we were very impressed with the recognitions they've received over the years, and with the qualifications of his team. Though we need to wait to do the work, we will definitely call JW when we're ready.

JW was very responsive and prompt in showing up. Before giving an estimate to replace ALL the ducts and installing a filtration system or air cleaner system, he was very thorough in making in an inspection of the ducts and heating system. He even took photos and took measurements. Afterwards, he gave me a packet introducing his company. He also showed me a portfolio of his work, which was very impressive. We discussed the filtration system that he recommends and gave me a brochure on it. HOWEVER, he presented to me an estimate and a separate sheet with all the options ( ala carte). Each option has its price and the customer and pick and choose which options I can add to the filtration system. BUT, the estimate contains no specifics or details. It did not mention the make and model of the filtration /air cleaning system or the price. There was no breakdown of any items in his core estimate. All he did was gave a lump sum of the total cost at the end. The only exception is the list of available options are priced separately. If the estimate is signed and approved by the customer, it becomes a contract! How can there be a contract without any specifications such as the make and model of the filtration system. I liken it to a contract that promises to build a house for a client without specifying the material used and equipment installed therein, The very core of the estimate is missing. I would recommend JW's service for repair. But if i am going to hire them to do installations that will costs thousands of dollars, I would be very meticulous in scrutinizing that the estimates to ensure all the specifics are in the estimate. .

They did a great job their team came in and performed like a well oiled machine. They even cleaned up from a previous installer who left mateial tha should have been thrown away. These guys went above and beyond. They did 110 percent.

JW came out for the estimate, and spent over an hour figuring out measurements and locations for vents. They felt it was very important to make sure that they measured the size of the house VERY accurately in order to determine the size of the heater needed: too small, and the house will not be heated properly. Too big, and we would be overpaying for a system. After the estimate was created, they explained the costs and the different options available (more efficient, less efficient, etc.). When we decided to hire them, we worked out the details and they worked in the house as quickly as possible (approximately 3 days) to install the whole system.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List. Within a day or two, Denise called to help me set my appointment. She was very friendly and helpful when I had to reschedule. The technician Reddy was on time, polite, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. He answered my multiple questions about replacement units (project for the future), and he patiently answered all of them.

I found them on Angie's List. The price for the yearly service contract includes the equipment fee. They are excellent. The pricing is very good, and their punctuality is good. Jeff is the owner, and he is very nice. His technicians are excellent and very clean; it has been excellent quality so far. They stand behind their product. Their products are top of the line as far as I can tell.

He tested the thermostat and inspected the forced air furnace. Diagnosed the problem and suggested that the entire unit be replaced with an Amana unit. An estimate was quoted, ie $2,400. Upon pricing around, the average price was $1680, a whopping $720 less than JW's estimate. I sent them an email informing them that they are way,way overpriced. They dropped the price by $550 to match the other estimates and waive the service call charge. However, aside from the manufacture warranty, JW only offers 1 year warranty for its labor and all the other companies offer 2 years warranty for labor. This tells me that JW estimate is way overpriced. If a consumer does not shop around and do his or her due diligence, he or she will have to pay the price. Advise to all consumers: 1. Do your research and price around. 2. Go on the website of California contractor's licensing board and check their licenses. 3. Compare apples to apples. 4. Make sure you compare the warranties as well. If I had taken the first estimate, I would have had to pay $720 more and take one year warranty for labor instead of two. Knowledge is power.

The technician arrived on time. He was thorough and professional. He provided me with an easy to understand written estimate, which explained why certain repairs were needed and the cost, which appeared reasonable. I am going to have the recommended work done by them, and will update my review when that occurs.

Jeff Williams presented a viable option for me, and I was personally most pleased with his verbal communication, his demonstrated expertise in doing the estimate for the work, and the presentation packaged delivered about his company.
