Cabinets Refinish
I hired Arman to make over both my kitchen and bathroom, and found him to be the best contractor Iâ ve ever worked with! Nothing went undone and his eye for decorating is another skill he possesses...it got to the point where I gave him free rein as to what colors would look best in the areas he was doing and he certainly did not disappoint! I cannot recommend him highly enough and just wish I had more areas I needed to update. For anyone looking for a contractor, Arman is the man you need to contact!!!!!

We hired Arman to finish the new hardwood floors in our Spanish style home in Los Angeles. This was part remodel and part new construction using 3/4" white oak purchased from a mill in North Carolina. The floors were raw when delivered from the mill and needed to be finished in a dark stain. Arman's crew did a nice job and we are very happy with the way the floors came out.

After consulting with 3 different contractors we decided to go with Arman, he was very professional from the get-go. He gave us a very professional presentation about our project and gave us so much great advice. Then he sent us a proposal which was a fair price. Even though we had lower bids but we chose him over other contractors and we are so glad we did that. The project went so smoothly from the beginning to the end. I would want to write this review because I would refer him to my friends and family in the future. Very professional. Gave suggestions after I explained what I wanted. Answered the questions I have at the time.

Cabinets Refinish
My cabinets were a complete mess when my tenant moved out and thought I was going to have to do an entire kitchen remodel. I saw an ad for N-Hance, so I thought I'd give it a try. My cabinets turned out amazing!! I have a beautiful new kitchen now at a fraction of the cost! So happy!! Oh, and Arman and Frank were so great to work with!!

Contractor raised the price of the job from the contract price by an additional 60% after the first day of work. I did not agree to continue. Contractor refused to refund my deposit so I could hire another painter.

"Janice, you did receive your refund and I have the proof, even though we power wash and repair your 3000sqft exterior. Moreover, the contract did not change by 60%. it was the price for scaffolding. The price for scaffolding was not in my contract and I had no control of it because it was another contractor outside of my circle. And it has nothing to do with my flooring company, so I dont think it's ethical to write a review here about your exterior painting."

Besides the great customer relationship, they use a process that will dry the surface immediately. As the area involved (kitchen and hallway which is the only access in and out), other contractors advised that I (and my pets) should spend the night in a hotel as it would take at least a day to be accessible. I could walk on the floor the minute it was done!
