My mother had full-time caregivers from July of 2013, until March of 2014. There were 6 different caregivers, all incredible. (Some great, some far beyond.) We felt reassured as soon as we met each of them, knowing Mom was in such great hands. Loving companionship, and sensitive care. Hadas came out and conducted the inital interview. She is lovely and insightful. Kim, who handled the assignments and scheduling, checked in after each person began, and kept in touch to make sure things were going well. She has a warm, helpful manner. The only less than stellar experience was with the billing. We were dealing with insurance, and taking care of this end required much follow-up. While I am aware that the insurance company might be partially involved in this difficulty, some forms had not been fully completed, so had to be sent back to Carenet, filled out completely, and re-submitted. This required a fair amount of scrutiny on our part. However, once again, this is the only less comment that would be less than a "Rave Review." I am so thankful for Hadas, Kim, and the amazing women who cared for my mother. They helped make her last months happy ones.
