I would not trust this business owner nor his employees.

The last cleaning appointment i attempted to schedule, i called on a Wednesday for an appointment on Saturday, left a message and my call was returned that day. I was told that I would be contacted i would be contacted regarding the time on Saturday. Saturday morning came and no one had called to confirm a time. I called early that morning to see if they had forgotten and when I received a return call the lady informed me that housekeepers were on their way to my house to clean. I told her a time was not confirmed and I had other plans so I would like to reschedule. The lady told me I would have to pay an extra fee because the housekeepers were already there and I didn't give a 24 hour notice. I told her I was never contacted with regards to a specific time, that the service told me they would contact me with a time for Saturday and no one ever did. I was not even called the night prior (a reminder service) to remind me of the appointment. Basically she told me that it was my problem, the housekeepers were there and I would have to pay extra for the next time if I was to cancel due to not giving 24 hour cancellation notice...but no one called to tell me I even had an appointment. This woman was rude and I am appalled by the lack of professionalism. I will not use this company again.

One of the workers just stood around on my dollar after he was done vacuuming, I suppose waiting for more work. They failed to vacuum one of the kitchen rugs. The supervisor had to come back out to show the workers how to remove the film off of the stove. They also had to go over the refrigerator which was skipped and correct some of the other things I pointed out. I was quoted 3 hours of work for 2 workers at $165. They ended up sending 3 workers for 2 hours at $170. The price was not supposed to exceed over and 165.00. I have made several calls about the billing and haven't received a call back yet.

Our experience with them has been good so far and scheduling is easy with them. Their price is just average and it's not a bad thing. It's the same cost that everybody in the area charges.
