Alex started out with a full inspection of our old opener. It was 26 years old, but the remote fell apart and door was not opening properly. We didn't replace any parts on the door, but we did replace the opener. Alex explained everything as he did the inspection and while he was installing the new opener. The new opener is very quiet. Alex did a good job and was very pleasant.

My very old garage door's original spring broke, which lead to cause the door's top wood frame to break when the auto door opener kept pulling the door. I insisted to repair the door while majority of companies I inquired told me there was nothing they could do but to replace the door. Alex came for an estimate, and suggested how to fix and save the door as I was trying to save the door. He also showed up prepared to work, but no sales pressure. Upon our agreement, he jumped on the work, and boy he worked hard. Now the garage door works just like it used to. I am happy with the quality and the attention to details he made. I recommend this company for an honest consultation and work.
