I called and left a message requesting Randy to call me back with a quote for the shower doors. He was very punctual in returning my call, and was able to give me a quote right over the phone, as he knew the area where I lived, and that the doors were for a standard installation. We set up a date for Randy to come over and measure. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about all the options, and basically guided me through the process. We then set up a date for the doors to be installed. The installers showed up a few minutes early, but finished in about 1 hr 45 min. They were very nice and polite, and installed the doors as quoted. They cleaned up and left my bathroom spotless, even cleaning off the old metal marks on my bath tub where my other door had been. I had asked the installer to re-caulk an area on the first shower doors they had installed in another bathroom a year ago, that had come off a few days before, and he did it willingly. This is the second shower door I have had installed by Blizzard Frameless Shower Doors, and I would highly recommend them!

Randy came out measured and gave is a price right on the spot. His crew came the next week and installed.

It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to quick, responsive, professional service at a great price. They are pros. They came out same day to estimate and completed the job within a week. They even recommended a cleaning routine to maintain it and were perfectionists about making sure the enclosure door sealed completely so that no water escapes, which was a challenge because one stone wall was uneven.

It went very well. Our contractors recommended Randy at Blizzard and before contacting him I searched Angie's list to see if he was listed. To my delight, he was and had many excellent reviews so I called for an appt. He returned my call within the hour and what was wonderful he was right by my house so he was able to come right then and there. He took the measurements and gave me quote of $925 for standard glass, handles, hinges, and install. He also showed me an upgrade to the glass which is ultra clear so there is no green tint at all to throw the color of tile or tub off. Wow I could really see a big difference between the two types of glass when holding them up against my tile. We spent a lot of money for the new tile and tub and felt it was well worth the extra $250 to make sure the tile showed exactly the color we picked. We also had the special coating applied which makes it easier to keep clean and because I mentioned the coupon on Angie's list we got half off the price for the coating which was an added bonus. The total cost was $1237.50 which would be about what we would have paid for regular glass with other companies. I can tell you it was well worth the price!! I almost wasn't going to have a shower door installed as I didn't want to diminish seeing the tile through the glass. Since it was a guest bath I was going to purchase the spring type rod and buy a shower curtain and use only when the guests use the shower then remove it. A pain for sure but we were so thrilled with the look of the bath surround we didn't want to cover it up at all. The ultra clear glass was so worth it! It is so clear it is almost like not having glass there at all. I was really impressed with the installers. They were very knowledgeable and when they were installing one of the panels they noticed it was slightly warped and while they said they could make it work with the seal they said they would not install it and took it back to have it re-tempered. While I was a little disappointed that that was the case, I was so happy that they insisted it be done over. They said it would be a priority to get it done and they were right. They called the next day to set up an appt. to come back with the perfect panel as it was already fixed. Had it not been the weekend I would have had it done the next day but waited until Monday. It took them about 15 minutes and they were done. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again in a heart beat.

We contacted Blizzard Frameless Shower Doors based on reviews we had read both on Yelp and Angie's list. Submitted a notice of interest. Randy responded and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He was on time. We described to him what we had in mind for the frame, and he walked through the options available to us without pressuring an upsell. We decided to put to pen what we wanted and contract out with Blizzard. The quote provided over the phone was honored. Randy was kind enough to provide a minor pricing incentive if we immediately signed on. The quality of the work itself was good. The technicians came on time and quickly installed the frame (< 1hr). The installation itself was very clean. They were quick and efficient. Workmanship, great. No leakage.

They were highly professional, easy to work with, and we were very happy with the final product.

The installer was Jeff and he did an amazing job! Every recommendation he gave us was right on. From the hardware to the glass to the way the door should swing. I waited at least 4 months after the install to see how the enclosures were still performing and there are no leaks and doors look great and are performing well.

Excellent. Randy was very professional, very polite and did a great job of taking the measurements and explaining the various doors I could install in my remodeled bathroom. He made certain that the door was installed to avoid any leaks or drainage that could cause any water damage in the future. A week later his installers arrived , also very professional and polite and went about their work on installing the glass shower doors. It took almost 2 hours, and the young men worked very hard and wasted no time. One really high note was the free coupon I got from being an Angie's client that provided a special coating for the glass. It is wonderful; it makes the water just run down and avoids spotting and is good for 10 years with the free warranty! I will definitely use Blizzard again; and tell my neighbors about them as well!

Randy is great ? conscientious and very professional. We have a very small bathroom with the shower squeezed in under the staircase. The frameless door with clear glass is beautiful and makes the room appear much larger. Randy was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and then made it happen. When we are ready to do our other two showers we will call Randy!

Blizzard came out on a Saturday for a quote by the next Friday I had my new door

Jeff, the installer was great! He took a day to prep & fill in the holes in the tile with matching color. Did a fantastic job!

They spoke at length with me on the phone, giving me prices and options. Randy came a few days later to measure and give us a proper invoice. He explained everything well and helped us to visualize the final result. His prices were good so we went ahead and ordered the glass. His guys came a week or so later and installed it. They also installed a glass shelf in a niche as well as hanging a towel rack for free.

Blizzard's team came out, on time, and completed installation.....the installation was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Blizzard and it's owner, Randy, to install this product.

The owner, Randy, promptly returned my call for an estimate for a frameless shower door. He was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone by after asking a few simple questions. Once he knew I was comfortable with the pricing, he then scheduled an in home appointment to firm up the quote, and to measure. Randy was on time and in contact through out the process. The estimate was done on 8/22/13 and the shower doors were installed on 9/4/13. The young men who did the installation did an excellent job, and have been with the company for 13 years. They were polite, on time, and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend this company.

It was a great experience. I e-mailed pictures of the shower to Randy and gave him the measurements over the phone. He gave me a quote for a frameless shower and removal of the old shower. We received the Enduro Shield protective coating for free, as we are Angie List members. You do need to mention that you are a member. Randy's quote was comparable to the other quotes that we had received. I felt comfortable dealing with Randy over the phone and not in person, because of the great reviews on Angie List. Several days after talking to Randy on the phone, he and his crew arrived at our home. Randy gave us details on the shower, the hardware, plus giving us several choices on glass and hardware. After we agreed to his recommendations, we signed the contact and his crew removed the old shower. A new shower was installed one week later. There was a delay, because we wanted the tile grout to be professionally cleaned while the old shower was gone. We were very impressed by Randy and his crew. Everyone was very professional. The shower is beautiful and the work is first class. They stand behind their work, and I feel if I have any problems that the company will be responsive. Be aware that if you use a credit card, there is an extra fee. We give Blizzard Frameless our highest recommendation.

It was a good experience. They did a wonderful job and were very prompt. His reviews were good and they lived up to exactly what they said. He was professional and the crew they had was wonderful. Everything was on time and delivered perfectly. I thought it was a good deal. I already had agreed to a price and then I mentioned I was on Angie's List and he gave me another 10-percent off for the special coating that does not allow the water to bead up. He did not have to tell me that because I had already agreed so he was really honest and good.

I found this company from another website and received a good quote for the product and services I was looking for. I'm happy with the very good quality of the product and the workmanship on the installation of the doors. The reason I gave lower marks on the price and professionalism is because I truly believe I was a low maintenance customer that practically bought two doors with a couple of calls prior to consultation and when I asked for a discount (multiple times), instead of offering the coupon available at Angie's List, he offered a free towel bar instead. I would have gladly paid for the towel bar if he would have offered the glass treatment on all glass bought. I found out after I made the purchases that the company has a coupon here and it was too late to apply to the order since the glass were already cut. Yes it is "buyer's beware" situation, but I felt that he shouldn't have withheld the offer especially since it was a very quick sale and he knew that I was looking for additional value. My advice is just to offer future customers the deals you offer - that's professionalism.

Very well. I will start with the estimate. I first emailed Randy from Angies List on Memorial Day weekend and he responded with a phone call within approx. 3 hours which was impressive considering it was a holiday weekend. He was patient with me as I stated I wanted an estimate as soon as possible but it took my contractor a week longer to get the tile in place before an estimate could be done. He came in and immediately told me the price which I assume is because the bathroom design is a common one. That up-front price estimate was nice as I was in a hurry to get the bathroom glass in to finish off the bathroom (no need to wait days or weeks for just a price) (I was in a hurry as I was 9 months pregnant with my due date less than one week away). When he came in, he answered all my questions and even asked if I wanted just an estimate or for him to take the measurements for the job. I honestly did not get any other estimates but considering it was less than one week until my due date I decided to go with this company. Thus, I cannot compare other prices or other estimates. I will say that before he came in I found a website to buy and install your frameless glass doors yourself and found that the estimated price from that website was only two hundred dollars less than Randy's estimate ( (if I measured correctly). So, I figured when I heard Randy's estimate it sounded good. I also liked that Randy told me it took 5 to 7 business days from the estimate to install which was awesome to get it in as soon as possible. One company I called (but never got an estimate from them) stated it would take up to 2 weeks for install from the time of the estimate. After the estimate, Randy called about 2 to 3 days later to set up the install date. I was in the hospital when the company came to install the shower doors. My parents were there to let them in for the install and they said they were very professional and efficient and took the time to answer any questions they had as well as explain the waiting time to use the shower and the specific cleaning products to use for the glass. They also left without leaving any mess or trash. Upon arrival home from the hospital, it was so nice to see the finished glass product and with no broken tiles or seal problems (as I was worried about). And after taking a shower there were no leaks and it just looks fantastic. It has only been approximately one week since the job was done so hopefully it holds up through time but the installers stated that if we have any questions or problems to call the company and they can help us which is very reassuring. And after that immediate phone call back from Randy with the estimate, I am sure he would do the same with questions/concerns. As I stated, I did not get any other estimates so I cannot compare price but considering the fact that I had the one estimate and it worked out so perfectly especially with everything else going on in my life at this time, I cannot recommend this company enough. When I re-do my other bathroom, I will most certainly be calling Randy again! Also, keep in mind that as an Angies list member, a nice perk was the free coating on the glass. It appears to be approximately a $160 value (for my size shower).
