When I called JW Roofing they set up an appointment to check out the roof.  The repair people were on time, professional, and did a great job of repairing a small leak. It is very comforting to know that JW Roofing followed up on a  job that was over five years old. That is taking care of the customer.

Our HOA obtained 4 bids to replace the original roof on our complex, which was over 20 years old and had already been repaired in a number of spots. We obtained bids from well respected outfits and decided on J.W. Roofing because the contractor was personally known by an HOA member and the bid was complete and easy to understand. Warren Cross explained things to us and applied no pressure. He uses a large crew so the job was completed in 2 days. We had rain this past winter and there have been no issues with the new roof. I recommended Warren and his crew to a co-worker and she had him do a new roof on her home and detached garage in Wilmington. She, too, loved working with Warren. Warren's bid wasn't the cheapest but it was complete with no hidden surprises, fair and honest. We are very happy with the new roof.
