William, Mr. Graber, responded immediately to our inquiry regarding booking our party at the Club with menus and the particulars we needed before we could make our decision. He was prompt in returning our calls when we had questions. When we met William at the club he was well prepared with menus for choosing our entire dinner, from cocktails and appetizers, salads, main courses, and dessert. He had several extremely helpful suggestions when we had trouble making selections. His experience and insight made the task very easy. William also advised us on decorations, table linen, and lighting. Our event required special media equipment, some of which we had. He offered to provide a projector screen, which we didn't have, at no cost to us. His friendly and professional manner made the entire process move smoothly. The same can be said for his efficient, accommodating, and professional staff.
