Chris was on time for the quote and for the job. The work was clean and looked great.

I hired M&S for multiple tasks: refinish terrazzo and slate floors, a little regrouting. The terrazzo especially looks great -- truly as good as new, and they even successfully masked some cracks. The reason I ranked them 4 instead of 5 is for water damage to the bottom of a bookcase, and other minor cleanup issues. They responded IMMEDIATELY and effectively to repair the bookcase

Chris, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the restoration and maintenance of all the marble and limestone in our home. He did 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen counters, hundreds of sq ft of limestone flooring, and also patching and re-grouting that required careful color matching. He and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were thrilled with our floors and counters. Its like brand new! We're so pleased we want to do the outside hardscape as well.

They responded quickly and the work looked fine. I called them back to polish our marble floor, and that job was done well also.

There are missing spots where stone was not worked on. But you don't have much choice because they are probably the only one around doing the job

Schedule was postponed twice. Once during initial consultation and second during the actual work. Cleaned the tiles pretty good but repair was not performed on the grout. They did mask it but as soon as they left, mask just came off and cracks reappeared on the grout actually looking worse than before. I called them in next day to request if they can come again, they said they are too busy right now. Its already beem a month and a half and they are still too busy for the customers. Initially they looked very promising but quality of work is so so.

They were in and out very fast. They regrouted and sealed our bathtub/shower. It looks way better than it did before they showed up, and it made a world of difference. We were very happy with the speed and cleanliness.

Received an estimate and set up a date. Worker showed up on time and ready to work. Skilled at filling in holes on my travertine floor, cleaning grout, polishing and sealing. Looks very good

Chris and his crew were awesome!!! They cleaned our grout and made it look new again! We were so pleased with their work that we had the reseal our countertops and clean and seal out outdoor stamped concrete and flagstone! We will definitely use them again! Top notch !
