Very personable and actually did some extra things

Chris was on time, friendly, and honest. He priced the job very fairly and my travertine floors looked shiny and new after they were done. That said, they could have spent a little more time on some of the edges, corners, and grout lines that could not be accessed by the machines. Overall, I am happy with the job and will hire him back again next time.

Chris was very honest and not telling us we need to do other then what we wanted done. The floor is beautiful. His price was better then we expected. It was all done in one day. Thank you Chris for a great job.

I was told the job would take at least one full day, if not two days to complete the job. Chris was only at my home for 3.5 hours before he announced the job was completed. I could have easily hired another company for half the cost and received the same quality of work.

the competing bid was more than twice as much. Worker showed up on time, completed the job in one day (tile cleaning and grout replacement in two bathrooms and the kitchen).

It's my first time hiring a stone service. Mr. Chai did a nice a quick work on my shower room. It's just $250 seems to be a bit expensive for a small shower room stone cleaning and sealing.

The worker turned up on time but I only saw Chris when he came to give an estimate. The worker was pleasant and cleaned up well but the grouting etc was not the best I've seen. I was told there is no guarantee for the work.

We had Chris employee come back to do another job which was replacing a boken tile, sealing, etc. He was very good and thorough with the work. My only issue is his employee forgot to provide an Invoice for the completed work and payment received. I called Chris twice and email him once requesting this invoice but have not received. I am disappointed with this portion of the Customer Service as I needed the invoice for my tax records.

Easy to contact, easy to set up inspection and get estimate. Showed up promptly and did work faster then expected. Repairing and resealing of shower was done as expected and in excellent quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

I think they put some of the grout shaving in the toilet bowl instead of the trash. Otherwise the work was beautiful and I would recommend them.
