Wish Cris had come out to repair the grout. He sent someone else in his place. At the very least he should have let me know someone else was coming.

Chris and his assistant were prompt, professional and skilled. They cleaned the saltillo tile floors and grout in the time they had estimated, and the transformation is beautiful.

Chris was very friendly and professional. Bid was for treating 80 year old floor tile in a small powder room and entry way. I didn’t€™ think the tile had ever been cleaned. Final price was lower than original quote because they didn’t need to re-grout. Chris even had one of his cousins re-attach a window frame that had come loose. Will use them again!

Came out the same day I inquired to review and quote the project. He worked me into a tight schedule a couple days later. Was thoughtful and did a couple of extras without being asked or charging. Great Job guys, thanks!

I reached out on Homeadvisor on Saturday, and Chris came out the very next day. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, timely and efficient. His crew had they day off, so he actually performed the work himself. I’m thrilled with the results, and he even gave me advice for keeping my stone tile showers in great shape. When I need my travertine floors restored, I’ll definitely use Chris!

Chris is a gentleman. He and his crew are family, working with his brother and cousin. Chris supervises and performs the work himself. So when you meet him for an estimate, you know he's the one to do the work. You'll be impressed with how he detail everything. He and team, arrived a few minutes early at my home. and paid attention to all the details. Left the working area clean. We walked through the job again, and they paid attention to details. And importantly, left the work area as clean as before they started. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for the value of cost and results of work. VERY SATISFIED.

Excellent result. We purchased a home and the floor grout was in terrible shape. Chris and his team cleaned and sealed it and now it looks brand new! He was a little pricey, but worth every penny!!

Mr. Chai was on time for both the estimate as well as the day of the job. he did an excellent job re-furbishing my marble tile floors which had no gloss at all anymore particularly in the kitchen. He explained the job in detail to me and did exactly what he said he could do. the floors now look fabulous.

Chris efficiently and professionally re-grouted areas in shower that were open and leaking. He skillfully matched the grout and fully sealed the shower. (He also did an excellent job re-grouting sink). He deep-cleaned tiles that were heavily stained with calcium deposits and they now look fully restored. Highly Recommended!

Marble & Stonelife are extremely effective, efficient and the best job I've experienced in repairing stained tile and grout on my newly-rebuilt deck. THey are the 3rd contractors I've had here and the first to remedy the problem of grout leaking/staining and return the deck to looking brand new and stunning. Love them.
