Chris and his crew had a challenge with our floors--they were dirty. Overall, they did a nice job. We'll use them in the future to maintain our floors.

Chris came to give me an estimate. I knew it was fair because he knew immediately coming in the door how much he would charge. I had 2 other people come to give me estimates, much higher. Chris came on time did the job and my slate floors look amazing. Just like when new. Bright and Shinny. I will hire him again in a heartbeat. I give him the highest rating.

Todd and Chris were extremely punctual and were there early, despite a long drive form the valley to SouthBay. Todd gave me upfront estimate after a rapid assessment, and went right ahead to fix the problem. I had been getting leaks form the tile joints in a shower stall. There was some cracking along one wall and as a result the grouting seemed to have given way, causing water seepage. Todd carefully removed the old grout, prepared the area, and re-sealed it. He found some issues with the composition and structure of the prior grout and went to great lengths to show them to me. He was resourceful in addressing this problem without adding to the cost.

Restored very dirty and stained tile and sealed a lot of grout in my entryway and kitchen. Very professional. I am beyond pleased.

Cleaned and sealed A LOT of grout in a relatively small space, in a very small amount of time. The grout looked better than new and has held up over time.

I had spilled crazy glue on my granite counter; and although I wiped it up quickly, it still left marks. I hired Chris because of his excellent reviews. He polished and sealed the entire countertop and the backsplash. The countertop looks like a mirror. I fell in love with it all over again. Excellent work, neat and clean, very personable. Would definitely recommend.

the crew were very efficient and professional. They did a very nice job of cleaning and sealing the granite countertops. There were a lot of holes in the kitchen's travertine floor that were nicely patched.

Sanded and sealed my limestone floor. The men came on time and were very efficient. We recently noticed that an area of the floor under a piece of furniture had not been refinished. They are scheduled to come back and complete the job. I’m very happy with the results.

Cleaned and sealed granite counter top in the kitchen. 2 men showed up on time and as I was told were here for about 20 minutes and then left. Very fast but appears that all work was completed as promised. Very efficient.

Chris and crew stripped, cleaned, and re-sealed a saltillo tile kitchen floor that had taken a beating, cleaned and sealed the saltillos in a laundry room, and cleaned and sealed saltillos on thresholds between rooms (tiles bordered by hardwood floors from 1928, a delicate job). They also cleaned, polished, and sealed the marble counters in our master bath (don't EVER get marble, it's a royal pain!!). They were efficient, on time, gave us a fair price, and the work was done by the time Chris had promised. We'll definitely use him again.

We had two jobs done: tub shower, entry floor. The entry floor came out great (doing the entire floor instead of just the patches we asked for), and the clean up was very good. The work on the shower looked good when the grout was wet, but once it dried I noticed some spots where the grout didn't take hold, as well as some clean up that I ended up having to do. These were not major issues, but I wasn't expecting to do as much cleanup as I did. The workers were very nice and worked diligently.
