Jami came right on time to give me an estimate. He gave me the best quote. He showed up right on time to replace my old water heater with the brand, Bradford White, that I have previously chosed. The quality of work was excellent. He slso installed an earthquake hold down structure that was far superior to the old one at no additional cost. At the end of the job he cleaned up the basement cleaner than it was when he arrived. I highly recommend Fantastic Rooter.

Starting from HomeAdvisor, free estimate, project completion, to Warranty service, everything has gone smoothly. From HomeAdvisor to project completion, it only took less than two days for an non-emergency request. Furthermore, they replaced an old flex pipe of toilet water intake free of charge two days later, even though they only replaced toilet's angle stop valve, and it was arguably not covered by the warranty. It was an exceptional level of courtesy.

This is the 2nd time I have used Fantastic Rooter. First time was a water leak emergency at our Rental Condo in Evergreen. The most recent was a kitchen faucet in our home that refused to budge for me. I knew when to quit and call a Pro. Another job well done!
