Robert was very responsive and was the first Pro to contact me. Our negotiated price for installing the shower doors for the bathtub was acceptable so I hired him. The job was at one of my rental properties and my tenant had to be available. During the job I received a call from Robert stating the shower doors wouldn’t properly fit the angled side walls and left an angled gap. I immediately went over to the rental house. While there Robert remarked in front of my tenant that it was because I bought cheap doors. I had to use his screwdriver to make adjustments to get the doors to close satisfactory on both sides. We worked together to get the doors to fit. What I didn’t appreciate was that he acted frustrated and complained about the quality of the doors in hearing range of my tenant. I had hoped for more professional behavior, and more ability to make adjustments. In the end my tenants are very happy I installed a shower door for them, where no shower doors existed before.

Robert showed up on time and did the job for the price he quoted. He takes pride in his work and did a great job. All this while answering my husbands questions!

Great service from the beginning! Robert was timely, accurate and helpful throughout the process and we had two shower enclosures installed within 3 weeks of the initial quote. He also fixed some original 1926 leaded glass windows with remnant glass from other original windows. All work was completed on-site in half a day and at a great price. Highly recommended!

Purchased single hinged glass panel for shower/tub to replace curtain. Because of the several "moving parts" to the project - close spaced tile drilling, tight tolerances, a heavy and unwieldy piece of glass - I did not want to attempt a DIY project. Robert contacted me right after my Home Advisor posting, arrived two days later at the time arranged and proceeded to quickly and efficiently carry out the installation - no fuss, no muss, at a fair price. And he made it look easy. Ain't that the way?
