Robert completed the shower door install within a week of my last post, when the new correctly sized door arrived. Have used the shower now for about two weeks and I am extremely satisfied with the results. It took a while due to parts problems but Robert stuck with it, and always kept me informed of the status. Prior to calling Robert I had two other companies give me a bids which I gave the go ahead on, then dropped the ball not even returning my calls. I am assuming they had the same problem with the supplier but didn't communicate that with me.

Very professional. Answered phone when called. Set appt. showed up when he said he would, completed the project when he said he would and is very knowledgeable. Would recommend and will use in the future.

Robert was great at communicating with me to let me know the status of what we had ordered. Took one week, and as promised he came to install them as soon as he picked them up. We had two showers that we got doors for and he had both done in 5 hours! He was amazing!!!!!

Robert was quick to respond and take take measurements for my shower door.The problem was that the doors I want are back ordered due to a problem getting part sfrom a supplier in China. Robert advised me of the situation within 2 days so I am basically in a holding pattern or I need to find another style door that I like. Nothing done yet but at least Robert was quick to communicate the problems. The guy I had before Robert just ignored my calls and was probably having the same problem. 8/13/2016 Last week some time Robert called and indicated that parts where now available and did I still want/need the door installed, which I did. Robert ordered the door and attempted to install on Thursday. Half way thru the install Robert discovered that a couple of parts where either missing or did not fit. Door is half way install and he is trying to get the parts from the supplier. I expect hear from him this coming week as to when his supplier can get the parts to him. Have only rated quality and value as three stars for now, as job is not complete yet so I can not provide a accurate rating.
