"I contacted Citywide for a new roof quote. They promptly returned my call and set up an appointment. The next day I received a call to reschedule and we agreed on a new day. That day no one showed up and after a 90min wait I called. They said they thought the appointment was for the next day, so I agreed to meeting them the following morning. Again on the next morning no phone call and they were a no show. I would give them less than a 1 if it were possible. Beware of a company that treats you that way prior to having your money, who knows how they will treat you after they get your money."
