Very satisfied with my project.

I appreciate working with Awning Pro, Inc. I had to replace a large awning over my terrace, and I had the other two smaller awnings reversed and cleaned. I appreciate that much attention was paid to making it easier to roll out my large awning and securing one of the smaller awnings. I would order awnings from Awning Pros, Inc. again.

Bruce is very knowledgeable about the field and helped me determine the best solution for my project.

It takes 4-5 for this item to be installed so, at this time, I cannot give an honest review. Check with me in four weeks.

From the sales rep that came out who was helpful in suggesting fabric colors, trends in the different States, who was knowlegable regarding the components of the Sunesta (why spend more money for this one?) to the actual install by the owner who sought placement to maximize shading I felt I was in very capable hands. An extra trip was made to use brackets that would allow for an extra foot of extension. He was detailed in explaining all aspects of the awning down to a recommendation of battery brand (for the wind sensor) that had better resistence to outside heat exposure. I am very satisfied with the end result and pleased this company will be around to do future maintenance and cleaning service if I chose to go that route. They reviewed preventative maintenance practices to extend the life of the awning.

Great service - and a big help. I was prepared to replace an existing awning in a house I had purchased, and made an appointment with Awning Pros (Bruce) for possible repair and/or replacement. In about 5 minutes, he analyzed the problem in the remote, checked out the system and charged me for a service call. Saved me $$$. Highly recommend this company!

The installer was committed to finishing the job on same day. Took longer than anticipated, due to type of house and deck it was attached to. He had to leave because of appointment he had made previously. He returned to finish project on same day.

I was impressed with the level of their sincerity and concern that the project met with my approval, which it did. Great people to work with.
