Didn't speak English well enough. Broke things and didn't tell me. Washed my dishes and did the most important windows. Didn't mind picking up toys or making bed.

This is a reliable, professional and affordable house cleaning service. I have been using them for about 4 months, twice a month. The three women who come every other week are wonderful - they do a great job, they are considerate, responsible and kind. I am so grateful to have found this service and will most definitely continue with it. The owner, Maribel, is exceptionally conscientious and frequently checks in to make sure the work done is to my satisfaction. She is super reliable and professional. This is a great company - if you need help with house cleaning, you should really give them a call.

Absolutely great, every time. We meet them here with any special instructions then leave to stay out of their way. We have home offices so good excuse to take ourselves out to lunch although not necessary, they've cleaned around us. We come back about 2 hrs to a beautifully clean house and back to work. They are very efficient, timely and just do a great job. I've tried 2 other services Merry Maids (i think the name) and another rogue husband wife team. I will ONLY use Magical. They are trustworthy, kind and simply do the best job!

Very well. Team of three women showed up on time with all supplies necessary including a vacuum. I have a 3,000 square foot house and was quoted a time and an amount as an estimate but as I asked they also do additional work such as stripping two beds and to wash the linens and towels, they took 4 hours rather than the estimated 2 1/2 to 3. I was fine with the extra time. They did not need supervising, which was good because I needed to leave. Came home to a clean house. So happy. Would definitely call them again.

Great! The team of ladies were very thorough, polite and worked very hard to complete job. They also were on time and polite. They worked continuously throughout job to make sure it was clean and pleasant for next tenant. Their supervisor is very responsible and organized the team perfectly. I even received a mailed thank you note - a nice touch.

It went well.  They showed up when they were able to.  I needed someone to help clean my condo I was preparing to rent out on short notice.  They came, cleaned, charged me what they quoted me, and then even sent me an invoice by mail when I asked for it.  Overall I was very pleased and would be happy to use them again.  Highly recommend.

The ladies did an excellent job cleaning the house.
They were nice to talk to. They also mentioned that they will use
natural cleaning products next time to clean the house , this time due
to the thorough clean needed, just vinegar etc would not have done. I am
extremely happy with their service and am hoping to continue.

The staff did a fantastic job. My home was clean - top to bottom - and smelled great. They asked what I'd like done and for specific instructions to ensure I would be satisfied. If there are specific products or tools you want used, be sure to have them out.
