Everything has been going great. The workers do exactly what I ask. It is usually the same crew, so there is consistency with the cleaning. They call the day before to confirm the appointment. They always show up on time and do quality work.

I still use them. They come out bi-weekly to clean my house. I keep using them because of the price. For the past two years, it has been the same two ladies that come out. They do a real good job. I have no need to change. I will continue to use them.

We have used Molly Maid once a month, for years.   A short while back,  one of our regular cleaning team accidentally sprayed some windex on our dining table and ruined the finish.
The folks at Molly Maid did everything they could to immediately assure us they would assume responsibility and pay for the refinishing.  The table was refinished, and they promptly mailed us a check for the full amount.
I was impressed with their responsibility and cooperation; not once did they dissemble or give us an evasive answer.

I have been very satisfied with Molly Maid.  The same team comes to my home every other week,  and the team does a terrific job. The house sparkles after they are done.
Should I need to change the regularly scheduled date/time, I just call the office and Judith works with me to find a mutually agreeable time.  It's perfect!

They are very efficient. They have two people come in so it makes the time short. They are reliable.

The first time, was a major cleaning, and it was $275.  After that it's about $110 bimonthly.  I have been very happy with their services, and hope to continue to use them, because I don't like to clean!.

Original quote was $105-115 for entire house with an average time spent cleaning of 2 to 3 hours per week.  When I asked them to clean just downstairs the cost remained $115. I agreed thinking that I would be receiving fairly thorough service for this amount of money. By third week of service, total time spent on cleaning was less than an hour.  Called to ask for explanation or reduction in price for what was obviously very little time spent cleaning and they were unwilling to negotiate and unapologetic for not providing service according to contract.

MOLLY MAIDS SENT TWO WOMEN OUT EVERY TWO WEEKS TO CLEAN THE HOUSE. IT WAS FINE WHEN THE SAME CREW CAME OUT BUT OFTEN DIFFERENT WOMEN WERE SEND OUT AND THEY REQUIRED 'TRAINING' EACH TIME. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE WERE SENT TO CLEAN AND THERE WAS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH WORKING SO FAST THAT THINGS WERE BROKEN OR OVERLOOKED.

2 CLEANERS CAME AT TIME REQUESTED. VERY EFFICIENT AND POLITE. FINISHED WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DID A VERY NICE JOB.
