The service was punctual, professional and thorough. They did spend a lot of time here making sure that lines weren't damaged when plants went in, but - man!  it was terrifically expensive.  I really would give the service an "A" but the cost makes me cringe.

I tried to reach them several times, got one call, but then never returned emails or calls. I would not use them. Non-professional.

I found them on Angie's List. It was good. They came when they said they were going to come and they fixed the problem. The price was about right so I have no complaints and no negative comments. They were good. He did what he was supposed to do.

Family owned business. Definitely room to negotiate on the price. A little annoyed that I was charged hourly and had to pay the hour that he was on lunch/break when he took another 30-45 mins to slowly clean up. But worth it in the long run since they were friendly and accommodating and did a great job.

Redid Inground drains to street.

Jeremy was on-time and very professional. He listened carefully to understand the sprinkler system issues we were having and then walked through each cycle in the front and back yards to ensure he observed the problems we described. He provided a written estimate and then completed the work without delay. He then went back through each cycle to demonstrate the repairs were working properly. We'll certainly use Bay Area Sprinkler again!

Ramon took my call and was awakened by a mortified customer when it was discovered that my landscape water had been running all night. Ramon promised to come to my home immediately and he did. The last person (a favor from a neighbor) to work on the irrigation had NOT put in a water shut off, so Ramon turned off all water to the home, which was fine. Ramon checked the valve, immediately found the issue and repaired the faulty one and another accompanying one to troubleshoot any further problem. I am a teacher on Summer Break so once school starts it is going to be hard to be here for any repairs. Ramon is pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained to me what needed to happen. One thing I was not expecting was that he actually arrived at my home with the necessary repair valve(s). I am so grateful for Ramon, he was fast, efficient, kind (not bothered by my call), punctual, communicative. In the Fall I will be calling Ramon to remove several tree stumps, plant a tree in my grass, and relocate several trees around my property. He was terrific, and again, I am so grateful to him for arriving as promised, fixing the issue, and just being a generally kind person. Now, I only hope the city's public works will be willing to work with me on the water issue, I have no idea how long the water was running and how much was wasted, I am sick about that, so finger crossed. I can only hope that they will be as nice to work with as Ramon. If anyone out there is unsure (I am very skeptical because of past experiences with having work done), don't be! Ramon is a wonderful, experienced person, and he has earned my trust and gratitude!

Bay Area Sprinkler, Inc., had excellent call-back, their office work was good. They called back, they scheduled as soon as they could. They came exactly when they said they would, which was eight in the morning which surprised the heck out of me! These guys only charged me $207.44 and another company had a $500 minimum. There was a young man who was the technician. He came and assessed the problem really quickly and he took care of some dirt breaks and a valve that needed replacing and I really appreciated that he just came. A lot of people when they get their foot in the door, they'll try to up-sell you, like, "Buy this, buy that." But, there wasn't a bit of that. He just came, he took care of the problem and he left. I really like that in a contractor. Getting contact with them was efficient which is in high-contrast to many other places we tried. I'd definitely give them an "A!"

THe valve in the backyard is still having some issues. The worker that came out was rather easing going.

Very happy with the service. They were able to come out and fix the broken pipes the same day. They came back the following week to do the sprinkler work. The person who did the work was prompt, explained everything, and even gave me some lawn advice.
Would highly recommend.

I suspected my sprinker scrbber valve is malfunction, resulting in leaking.
I have replaced solenoid, and diapharam but the problem still exists.
I tried to find a good technician but it was difficult. Using Google, Yelp did not provide a good results. I decided to give Angie's list a try.
It works!
