The ladies were on time, efficient and did a great job! Will set up for bi weekly cleaning.

I requested a deep clean and discussed what I wanted over the phone. I specifically stated I wanted all main level hard floors, 2 bathrooms, 3 ceiling fans, and kitchen surfaces. I was quoted a price (similar to what I have paid other cleaning companies for same service requested). When cleaners arrived they told my wife (I was at work) that I had requested a basic cleaning service and that they would charge an additional $75 for the deep clean service. My wife did not agree to additional charges and settled with them about what would get done. What was then agreed to be done was not done very well and we are very disappointed.

We hired them to do a deep clean. We had discussed what that would entail which was a regular hours cleaning (Mop, vacuum, clean general areas and bath rooms…) and then extra things like cleaning base boards, grout in the master shower, appliances, sinks, cobwebs, thorough moping/vacuum, every room cleaned including laundry room, sinks/faucets/hardware cleaned off. When we arrived home we noticed a sub par job was done of even a regular cleaning - there was hair in the sinks, water stains on the bathroom hardware, gunk in all the sinks, master shower floor was barely touched, master bat niche was filthy, master and guest bath had hair and dust and dirt all over them, countertops had stuff stuck to them still (hair, food etc)… basically it looked like nothing was done. I contacted the company and we were having a conversation about how we could get this resolved and once I gave them my thoughts on how we could best resolve it they stopped responding. So they are no longer answering my phone calls they’re not responding to text messages and we’ve been ghosted. I have pictures of the job that was done and I have screenshots of the conversation That was had with the company.

Olga is a gem. Not only is she efficient and thorough, but she is personable and friendly and helpful. I enjoy having her in my house, and I truly value the work she does, because I appreciate so much having a clean house and I just wasn't getting the job done on a regular basis. This service is saving my sanity!
