Dan was punctual and if there was a problem let me know when he would be here. He is extremely knowledgeable of his area of expertise and has helped me with the issues regarding problems in my home.. He was courteous, professional, helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He definitely knows his craft. He came to my home assessed what I needed and how to do it. We talked about other needs to be done around the home. He was not pushy and returned my calls immediately if not within a very short period of time the same day. I feel fortunate to have found him and will continue to call on him. I would and have already recommended him to some of my friends and enjoyed working with him to problem solve. We wanted to hang our TV on our living room wall. Called Stegall & Sons, asked for a quote to get them to attach our TV mount to the wall and attach the TV to the mount. They quoted me $50 dollars. A person came the next day and attached our mount and TV to the wall. The person was very friendly. I was amazed at the price and the short notice they were able to get the job done. Awesome.

Dan was quite professional. It was easy to communicate with him and he was very responsive and responsible. The tenant was also very happy with him. He got back to us right away and fixed the problem in a few hours. He was honest and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him. We will be using his services in the future.

kt went well,Dan came out gave us a estimate that we liked, we actually had 7 people come and give estimates. So Dan and his crew showed up on time and the job was done in two days as projected. They cleaned up everyday and the only way you knew someone had been there is if you looked up and saw the beautiful work they did.

We used him one time. It was good. They were efficient and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like. He was very courteous and very kind. He and his son worked very quickly and then he left. I love how he offered to come back for anything else I needed fixed. He was very prompt and even gave me a discount for being a senior and I really appreciated that. I loved that he was so professional with no dirty talking and no dirty jokes, he just came and did his work.

Price doesn't include the additional jobs to be done or were done in part 1. Fence repair, completed no issues. 2. All water value shut offs in the house (2 both toilets not done, and not billed). 3. Shower repair was to seal all cracks instead of a re-tile job so he suggested epoxy by a friend of his. I wanted to use his friend directly but he insisted I go through him. Now the shower door no longer closes and I have not seen the promised warranty. I have been unable to get him to return to fix this issue. . Water damaged from shower 3 walls. He Bid it at $150.00 he did not bill for it even after stating it was done. When I came to the property I found out that only 1/2 of it had been done. He called for a faucet approval during the repair it was installed however not billed for which is I find odd. It makes me wonder is the repair to the door going to cost so much that he just didn't finish the job? When I emailed for the walls and about the door I was told the walls would be covered in the paint bid. So I had to reply that the paint bid had nothing to do with the work already discussed, approved and in process. From that date on it has been dead silence, no email, text or phone calls returned. So I hope when he reads this he is willing to complete the work and be done. (the issue is renters security deposit by law must be reported with receipts within 21 days). He made friends with my tenants, now all things dealing with tenants that could have been billed to the tenants has not been done or is there a bill to provide. PAYMENT: Due to being out of town I issued his check be sent prior to me getting here to see the work. If you are in the same boat Don't DO IT. He was friendly and seem trust worthy , the water damaged walls 3 in all, only part of it was fixed. I have been calling to get it completed and have sent emails. Now it appears my calls are not being taken. The He also replaced the facuet on the sink and I would like to pay him but need to get the job finished. I have not heard back since I told him that the finishing of this job is not connected to the paint job I asked for a bid on, that was not awarded to him.

This guy is amazing. Dan Stegall is so conscientous and precise with what he does. He installed a water filter system that two other companies did incorrectly. He also secured my stair rails and installed a doorbell and transformer in a timely manner. Another project he tackled was installing a water pressure regulator. He is a life saver and shows deep concern and passion to his clients. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Dan called me back with an estimate after coming out to see the work that needed to be done. He able to start right away and personally did the work to ensure there was minimal mess and the electronics were protected. Not only was he professional, punctual and efficient...he was also extremely friendly. I would hire Stegall and Sons again in a heartbeat.

Very well. It was neat, professional and fast. Will definitely ask Dan to do some of the long overdue projects on my Honey-do list and will recommend to my friends and neighbors.

It was a great experience. Dan and his crew were on time and were in and out in one day. They moved the furniture for me and made sure my carpets, tile and furniture were protected during the process. They took time patching holes from pictures I had hung. They took their time and paid great attention to details. At the end of the day, they put everything back where it was and cleaned up after themselves.

Dan was great. He was personable, knowledgable and did an amazing job for me. He walked me through what he was doing and gave suggestions. He did not try to gauge me with pricing and I will definitely be using him again!

They were great. They felt like family. They were always on time and went above and beyond to help us while we were in the process of moving.

I interacted directly in advance with the owner. He was very informative and informed me about what he was going to do. Their prices were fair and they gave me some options about how to treat the wood. They were polite and knew what they were doing.

Dan came by and did an awesome job! He quoted me $55/ an hour and estimated it would take an hour to do the job. The job ended up being more complicated than we thought because of the water filtration system and some "creative plumbing" by the person that installed the filtration system and old faucet. Dan sorted through all that and got it done. Although it ended up taking two hours, he still only charged me the price for one hour even after I insisted on paying him for his extra time. He was also able to come by the very next day from when I called to make the appointment, so that was a big plus as well. I will definitely be using their servicing for future jobs!

Dan is fabulous! He did absolutely amazing work throughout the house. He fixed the house's front door which had not previously been secure at all. He addressed issues with the blinds, cabinetry in the kitchen, the kitchen drawer's sliding mechanism, replacing broken slats on a bed, fixing a broken dresser drawer, installing a new soap dish as well as a new toilet roll holder that had become detached, caulking throughout the house, stapling hanging cable, and addressing some lighting/plumbing issues. I find Dan to be very responsive, caring, professional, and getting the job right on every level. When I need a handyman again (not if but when), I won't wait hesitate - I'll get it done right the first time with Dan. Well done. And the price was very, very fair.

Dan did a great job setting up our dryer to the gas line. The job wasn't as straight forward as we thought it would be when we hired him and he went out of his way to get extra parts and spent extra time setting it up but didn't charge us extra. We will use him again in the future.

Dan and Chris arrived on time and got to work immediately. There were three holes, in the garage, left from water damage from the second floor. One of the holds was only about 1 square food in size, but the largest opening was significantly larger. It was a little more complicated for them because of the double drywall, but they got the job done very quickly and made sure it was difficult to tell there were any holes in the first place.

Dan Stegall's work and response to me as a new customer was fantastic. I stood on a sopping wet floor this Monday night and essentially didn't sleep, worried that I had a pipe leak somewhere deep inside my walls. I called him at 6:30 am Tuesday morning, and he answered my call. He said "give me 15 minutes" and I'll call you back" - he did. Within a half hour, he was at my home at 7am in the morning. Within minutes, he found the hairline leaks in the toilet tank, and started on his repairs. I'd suspected we had regulator problems due to a recent surge in our house's water pressure. Dan called my local water company, and within an hour, they sent out a field technician and he ran a professional test on the outside water pressure with their advanced equipment. It turned out that we were taking in 127 lbs. of pressure for what should have been 75 lbs., and indeed, my regulator was broken. Dan replaced my regulator, turn-off valve that was beyond corroded and useless, and put in a new lever type model that will be reliable should I ever have a future emergency. By the way, the water company's service was fast and free of charge - he knew Dan from working years in our valley - I knew I was in good hands. Our usual handyman of over 15 years had retired, and a newer handyman we'd hired and had for almost a year moved away. I asked Dan to do check out some electrical problems at the house and it was a piece of cake for him. In all, the work took several hours over 2 days as Dan squeezed me into his busy schedule. He took care of my emergency faster than I could have hoped for, and he was punctual, professional and courteous the entire job through. He also did an excellent job explaining the "why" something needed fixed, and he showed me the wear and tear and all the defective parts he replaced - this is an important step I appreciate in a home repair relationship, and Dan has a great communicative knack for plain speak when it comes to this part of his job. He honored his Angie's list $50 off coupon, and since I'm a new member, I wasn't sure that this would be recognized. He wrote up a very clear invoice for the exact services performed, and I paid him on the spot. He also accepts credit cards, but he accepted a personal check. His prices are most fair. All in all, we have a new handyman/repair guru. I thought Dan was impressive, and I'll be happy to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Stegall and Son got back to me right away, and arranged a time to do the job. The Kitchen nobs and handles look great. I'm happy with their work and would definetly call them again They did quality work, for a good price.

My 4 bedroom 2 bath house had been in neglect for over 7 years with a terrible, filthy tenant. The kitchen was coated with grease, the bathrooms were gross, the windows hadn't been cleaned in years, and there was dust in every conceivable nook and crevice. I needed this house totally scrubbed and sanitized. Sergio and his crew of 8 came in at 7:30 in the morning and they worked very hard until 3:30 in the afternoon. I had spoke to Sergio on the phone and told him what I needed and he and his crew came in and got right to work. It was like they had been here before and knew exactly what had to be done. They brought in all of their own supplies and cleaning utensils and gear and only needed to borrow my 10 foot ladder to get to overhangs near vaulted ceilings. I guess they did ask to use my washer and dryer for some of their cleaning rags, but, like I said, this place was filthy and was probably There were so many of them in the house that it was hard for me to stay out of their way, but they were great at working around me at my computer until it was time where they had to clean that area too. And they were very self-sufficient. Not that I would have minded, but they only needed to interrupt me a few times to ask me a question about the house or if I had a preference about how something was done. When they were done they did a walk through with me to show me what was done and for my personal inspection. There were a couple minor areas I wanted to have further work on and they jumped right on it. Overall, I am very pleased with their efforts and would recommend them. I am even going to give them a chance to do my regular house cleaning to keep the house as clean as they got it.
