About us

With more than 30 years in the Design/Build, Custom Home, and Home Remodeling business, we manage each project from design & permitting through completion to control change orders, budgets and time frames. We have all major trades in-house, which makes project coordination more manageable than bringing in "low bidder" subcontractors. We offer financing and are pre-approved with major banks for your convenience. We offer Fixed as well as Time & Materials contracts. Most of our clients prefer the T&M contract option because of its transparency and flexibility. We offer a complimentary consultation to evaluate and present a plan of action with milestones for your review.

MTM did a beautiful job on my recent remodel. They added a master bedroom suite and doubled the size of my living room. They also moved and updated the HVAC system, created a new huge closet off of the hallway, and roofed the entire house. The quality of the workmanship was beyond amazing. Michael was at our house every day to manage and inspect the work and deal with multiple inspections. Nancy was very helpful when working with me to do the best the design possible, and she also helped to select the best materials for the job. I still can't believe the entire project took only four months. My neighbor is doing the same type of remodel with a different builder, and their house has been under construction for 10 months so far. I figure it will take them over a year to do what I had done in four months. I would highly recommend working with MTM for your next remodeling job.

I appreciate the work MTM has done. They helped me throughout the entire process including securing permits, financing, and even my living arrangements while my house was under construction. MTM is a great full-service company. The only negative, the latest appraisal was a bit lower than anticipated. MTM is working with me to contest the appraisal, but as it stands currently, I basically broke even. Hopefully once we state our case with the appraiser, I can update my review and brag about how much value MTM creates. Overall I am happy with my experience and will be using them again in the future.

"We did not build an addition for this customer; we merely assisted with the submittal process for building permits. Although we were able to obtain the permits in record time during the Christmas season, due to communication and funding issues, we respectfully declined to continue with the building construction project."
