I was ripped off. Chris' stated that the noise from the exhaust was caused by catalytic converter and shield and recommended expensive replacement. Charged $45 for the diagnosis, which turned out to be wrong. Subsequently took car to another repair facility who welded the heat shield for $25. Problem solved. Chris' stated the front wheel noise was caused by worn upper differential bushings. Another $45 for diagnosis. Recommended expensive replacement. Wrong again. Dealer added differential fluid; cost next to nothing; problem solved. Finally, paid $225 labor and $152 parts to have the clutch master and slave cylinders replaced. It is now only one year and 13,000 miles later, and I lost my clutch on the road due to the clutch cylinders going bad again.

Chris performed two inspections and one repair job as follows: 1. Exhaust inspection to determine noise under car. 2. Front end inspection to determine noise when turning wheels to the left. 3. Replace clutch master and slave cylinder.
