It was excellent. The workers were professional, considerate, timely and they were very thorough.

It went well. I called for service and Jim, the business owner, set up an appointment. Jim explained that he wasn't the cheapest priced but promised high quality work. Brad, the specialist, showed up when promised. He measured my condo, explained what he would do, and couldn't do, then gave me an estimate. The job took about 3 hours just like Brad expected. My place looked great when it was all done. Next time I need carpet cleaning, I know who to call.

Two friends separately recommended Jim Tanis and his company, Expert Carpet Care. My friends were so right! Jim and his company are the best. They are not the cheapest contractor but their work was worth every cent.

They did a great job. They satisfied my wife who is a tough critic particularly of anything to do with house cleaning. She was delighted with their work. They measured the area to be cleaned and gave us an exact cost. I would highly recommend. They are not cheap but they are extremely good.

This was the third time we've used Expert Carpet Care and we have always been very pleased with their work. They were very prompt and accommodating; the person doing the estimate as well as the person doing the cleaning arriving when they said they would. The carpet in each room was vacuumed, cleaned (and spot cleaned), rinsed and treated with 3M protection. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again. One caveat about the price. We honestly don't know whether it was competitive because we didn't get multiple bids. We did the first time several years ago, but, even though they were not the cheapest, we liked what they said and the way we were treated and were very happy with the job they did.

They did a great job. The worker was very professional. One person took about an hour to complete the work.

They asked right up front if we were in a condo, what floor it was on, and about access. Had learned from previous bad experiences with cleaners that they needed to know that info right up front to schedule right equipment/techs. We wanted it cleaned before Thanksgiving and only had one day in our schedule that we'd be available and they were able to make that happen. The owner came out in advance to look over what needed to be done and give us a price. The owner came with a new tech and they moved some furniture that we couldn't, used carpet protectors under furniture legs, didn't damage anything and made the carpeting look the best it has since installation 3 years ago. We paid more than we had ever paid before, but as we've learned, you pay for what you get. He gave us carpet use/cleaning tips which were also appreciated.

Best experience I've ever had w rug cleaners

The price was high but the work was good.

Brad was very professional and showed up at the early end of our appointment time. He took the time to explain all my options and was responsive to what I did and did not want to do. Then he spent all day cleaning a house deeply lived in by two dogs and a family of four. Our carpet needed cleaning desperately as we had many guests, large gatherings and again, two dogs that live inside/outside. Our couches, embarrassingly, had started to smell like feet and had a dim layer of stains on the arm rests. Well, no more! Thanks Brad! Everything is very, very clean and I cannot believe I lived with it so dirty, so long. Will absolutely use again.

They did an excellent job of general cleaning and removing some stains. However, as a senior citizen, they were so expensive that I can't affoed to hire them again. If you have the money to spend and don't mind the very high price they will do a good job.

I've never had such an experience with a carpet/upholstery cleaner--it's personal attention plus. Jim, the owner, came by and looked at the rugs and and furniture--the rugs in particular, as they are quite old and have been in the family since before I was born. And I"m quite old. Jim talked about how well the rugs are made and showed me the individual hand-tied knots. He showed me videos of the cleaners at work and explained about the new cleaning process. It was more or less like high school physics, meaning that I understood some parts of it, but it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He quoted me a price, which seemed fair. Not cheap, but fair, and you get what you pay for. He then moved all my furniture himself wihtout complaining and took the rugs with him. Nearly a week later, he returned with them. Before he did, his assistant came and spent hours cleaning the furniture. It's old, too, and cat-worn, but I'm not trading it in anytime soon because the cats will wreck whatever I get. But I do want it clean, and clean it all got. While it air-dried, Jim laid the rugs down and crawled over the large one to get rid of the wrinkles. All the furniture was put back as it was--actually, better, and again without complaints. When they left, I spent several minutes dancing around the big rug in my bare feet, which I first made certain were clean. They feel wonderful, and they look terrific as well.

I am very satisfied with the service provided. Steven was great! His work was thorough and the results were great. And I really appreciated that he was friendly with my dog Lily! I felt very taken care of. I will definitely use Expert again (and next time I won't wait so long!) Thanks for a great experience!!! Adrienne

Sent an email to the business requesting information and received a return call later that same day. The person I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional and provided me with the information I needed. I made arrangements to drop off my rugs and was given a date for pick-up. My rugs were ready for pick-up on the date specified. Pick-up and delivery options were offered, but were not needed. My rugs came back to me vibrant and clean. The fringe was perfect (and white again!). I would use this business again as they did an excellent job cleaning and protecting my area rugs.

Jonathan answered all my questions upon arrival at the scheduled time. He was thorough and finished the job at a steady pace...did not rush. Carpets look better than ever. (This is my 4th time using Expert Carpet Care since 2010, and I have been very satisfied each time).

Expert is the right name for this company. I have had my carpet and upholstery cleaned previously by several companies, but never as good as this. It took an hour to estimate this job because it was for cleaning of the entire unit plus some repairs. The explanation of costs was quite clear so there was no doubt about what was to be done and what to expect. The men showed up exactly on the promised time and spent the better part of the day doing the job. I rarely consider cost without value, and the value for the amount charged was perfectly in line. This is a very special organization. They say what they will do and then they do what they said. These are professionals of the highest order and there will never be any other organization doing my cleaning in the future.

My living room carpet had a thin bleached area that was over 3 feet long. Expert Carpet Care, Inc. was able to restore it through a process of cleaning/removing the bleach and dyeing the carpet to blend/match with original color. In addition, a couple of other soiled spots were cleaned. Not only were we completely thrilled with the results, so was our housekeeper! This company is the real deal....honest, knowledgeable and professional.

Expert Carpet Care is the BEST. They restored a heavily soiled white area rug to it's original color and thoroughly cleaned two other area rugs as well. The gentlemen sent out to clean my couches did a fabulos job too. The dirtiest part of one couch were the arm rest. He scrubbed them until the dirt disappeared. They arrived on time and the entire staff in and out of the office were courteous and informative about my appointments and the delivery of my area rugs.

They scrubbed it, it looked so good afterwards. I was just like wow. Never knew it was a caramel color. Did a really good job with my upholstery as well. They could have sold me thew more expensive package, but he didn't he was looking out for my best interested, he scotch guard my sofa and recliner.

Brian, the representative from the company who came to our home to survey our carpets and give us an estimate, was very punctual and came at the appointed time. He explained every detail of the cleaning process and was quite honest as to what to expect with several stubborn stains we had including two that another company we used (not from Angie?s List) was unable to remove. Steven, the technician who did the work, arrived exactly at the time promised. He did a great job of cleaning all the areas we had agreed on and even cleaned some areas we did not expect him to reach. He was also very careful not to damage our hardwood floor or furniture. After the work was completed I was amazed that even the stains I did not expect to be totally removed were gone. What I am especially impressed with is the follow up Expert Carpet Care did after the job was done. Brian called me several days later to make sure I was satisfied with the work and to see if any of the bad stains had begun to reappear (as they can do sometimes) which they have not. I highly recommend Expert Carpet Care and plan on referring family and friends to them.

Fast and efficiently....friendly cheerful workmanship and attention to detail.

I had the carpets cleaned in a 3 story condo in preparation for showing it for sale. Expert Carpet Care was excellent from start to finish. Their office staff is friendly and efficient, and the estimator was both friendly and knowledgeable. Although there was only one technician, he expertly handled the hoses and equipment up multiple floors. He worked hard, was very fast and did a great job. In addition he was very polite and personable. Overall, great company - highly recommend!

We had cat pee on our super thick white shag rug. Jim and Bryan gave the best service - answered all questions and were very knowledgeable about removing pet urine. The rug came back fluffy and clean, and even our "super sniffer" cat could hardly tell where the pee had been. This rug had only been cleaned once before and last time, the person that cleaned it said it was a pain in the butt to clean and he never wants to see the rug again. Plus it had dirt residue on the edges and when I pointed it out, the guy told me to just snip off the brown spots. Horrible experience. I just mention this because the service we got from Expert Carpet Care and the previous cleaner was like day and night. Expert Carpet Care is the best and we will use then from now on. Highly recommended!
