I hired Don for a full bathroom remodel. He seemed to know what he was doing, there were a few **family emergencies** that occurred early in the job which caused him to reschedule work. I have a family and understand things can happen. He completed the demo in bathroom put a new tub and toilet in. He had just started laying tile and left for the day. That evening I get a voice mail where he tells me he can not finish the job because he **bit off more than he can chew.** He will not be coming back. So here I am in a one-bathroom house with no floor, cabinet or sink. Thank god I have the toilet and tub. Overall tradesmen in this town have a bad reputation for lack of professionalism. This is a whole new low for the trade. It is challenging at best to get tradesmen to show up when expected and to do the job they are hired to do. Now I am faced with trying to find someone willing to come in and start in the middle of a job. The ones that have actually submitted the quotes as they said they would are quoting such ridiculous rates because they know I HAVE a to hire someone. I hate to be dramatic, but this is hell. during the pandemic, with a young child learning from home and while working from home. And THAT GUY just walks off the job. I can not think how this might have turned out worse. To be told by voice mail. So immature and unprofessional. His business is called **That Guy** now I know why he does not put his name on his business. It would be too embarrassing if people knew who he was.

When he came to my house to give me an estimate it was obvious from the beginning that he is a master of all trades. I have never met him before and I was a little bit hesitant of his knowledge and doing the work I needed done, and in five minutes I was highly impressed at his knowledge and it was obvious he has done this work before. He gave me options of which direction I could go in the different projects, I trusted him enough and asked him to use his own discretion. We are very very pleased with his work He did a few projects in my house and we are totally absolutely 100% satisfied.

Showed up on time. Called 30 minutes prior. Gave a very affordable price. When returning the next day to start work, Don called early and came by to knock it out. Did a great job and will work with Don in the future. As a result I will be mentioning this work and Don to anyone who needs repair, rebuilds or replacements.
